摘要： The invention relates to a hydraulic tensioner for traction means, especially of combustion engines, comprising a tensioner piston, in the bottom of which an externally opening pressure relief valve is disposed in an axial central bore. Said central bore is provided with a hole and is secured by a pot-type cap which rests against the piston bottom and frictionally engages therewith. In order to make the inventive hydraulic tensioner inexpensive to produce and easy to handle, the same is characterized by the fact that the pot-type cap is embodied as a thin-walled sleeve (27) encompassing a bottom (32) while being connected to the outer circumference of a reduced end (31) of the piston bottom (19), preferably by means of a press fit. Furthermore, the hole (34) is located in the bottom (32) of the sleeve and is disposed in an axial direction.

摘要： A hydraulic tensioner for traction means, especially of internal combustion engines is provided, and includes a tensioner piston, in the bottom of which an externally opening pressure relief valve is disposed in an axial central bore. The central bore is provided with a hole and is secured with a pot-shaped cap which rests against the piston bottom and is frictionally engaged therewith. In order to make the hydraulic tensioner inexpensive to produce and easy to handle, the pot-shaped cap is provided as a thin-walled sleeve ( 27 ) having a bottom ( 32 ) while being connected to the outer circumference of a reduced end ( 31 ) of the piston bottom ( 19 ), preferably by a press fit. 摘要： At least one screw (15a) used to secure the casing (17) to the engine (19) is located in the feed channel (21) or a section thereof used to supply hydraulic fluid to the cylinder space (18). The tensioning device includes a hydraulic part (30b) screwed to the engine and has a casing which defines the cylinder space used to locate a piston actuated by a spring (preferably a compression spring) and a hydraulic fluid. The piston is guided directly or indirectly inside the casing and cooperates with a tension bar which can be pivoted or moved in a linear direction and is supported by a drive member. The casing contains a feed bore (20) and a feed channel for the hydraulic fluid which form a connection between the cylinder space and a fluid bore (22) in the engine. An independent claim is also included for a hydraulic tensioning device characterised by preferably two screws inside the cylinder space securing the casing to the engine and by the feed bore extending in a radial direction relative to this space in order to form a direct connection between this space and the fluid bore in the engine.
