    • A fluorescent immunity measuring instrument provided with an excitation light source, a fluorescence detector, an antigen- or antibody-combined optical fiber and a spectroscope, characterized in that an antigen or an antibody is combined with an excitation light outgoing end surface of an optical fiber, the excitation light sent out from the excitation light source being introduced to an excitation light incident end surface of the optical fiber by the spectroscope, the fluorescent light emitted from a fluorescently labeled antibody or antigen which forms an immune complex with the antigen or antibody being introduced into the fluorescence detector, the excitation light outgoing end surface of the optical fiber having a permeability to the excitation light from the excitation light source; and a fluorescent immunity measuring sensing tip used for this instrument. According to the present invention, low-background high-sensitivity immunity measurement can be carried out practically, and a miniaturized inexpensive fluorescent immunity measuring instrument can be obtained.
