    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for a vehicle in which each working fluid is flown to the inside and a temperature is adjusted through mutual heat exchange.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger for a vehicle includes: a heat radiation part 110 in which a plurality of plates are laminated to alternately form first connecting flow paths and second connecting flow paths, and first and second working fluids supplied to the first and second connecting flow paths are circulated without being mixed with each other; a bifurcation part 120 for connecting an inflow hole 116 allowing one of the first and second working fluids to flow therein, with an exhaust hole 118 so that the one operating fluid bypasses the heat radiation part; and a valve unit 130 mounted to the inflow hole forming the bifurcation part, for selectively opening or closing one of the connecting flow paths of the heat radiation part through expansion and contraction of a deformable material filled therein according to a variation in temperature of the operating fluid flowing into the inflow hole, to thereby allow the working fluid flowing into the inflow hole to pass to the heat radiation part or to the bifurcation part.
