One first connecting rack 3c of the set of first connecting racks 3c and 3d is connected to one ends of the side frames 3a and 3b via a deformation portion that is deformed by a prescribed or more impact.

A rod 21c of the load sensor 21 passes upward through a web 41a, and is inserted in a through hole formed in a center part of a plate spring 64. The plate spring 64 is bent in an angular shape so that the center part of the plate spring 64 is separated from the web 41a. A nut 66 is screwed to the rod 21c from an upper part of the plate spring 64. Both skirts of the plate spring 64 abut on the web 41a in a state of the plate spring 64 fastened by the nut 66.
