The transport means 43 is provided with a separating means 45 that catches protein and an inorganic ion contained in the fermented solution on the way to separate. The separating means 45 is provided with an ion-exchange resin which has macropores of an opening diameter more than 500 Å or more and the surface of the macropore is modified with a hydroxyl or carboxyl group.
