      SOLUTION: This fluoroscopic and radiographic apparatus comprises a top plate which performs toppling and raising movement, lateral movement, longitudinal movement, vertical movement, and rolling, etc., the apparatus which includes an X-ray tube device and an X-ray receiving set movable against the top plate, a C-arm which is capable of rotation, slide, longitudinal movement, etc., and has mutually facing both end parts respectively supporting the X-ray tube device and the X-ray receiving set on both end parts putting the top plate therebetween, and a proximity operation table placed near the top plate to set a control condition having a screen display part which displays a position condition of the top plate, the C-arm, and the apparatus, and an operation support condition to indicate movement directions of the top plate, the C-arm, and the apparatus.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X ray high-voltage generator comprising a converter, an inverter, a high-voltage transformer, and a rectifier, and securing a stable power factor of the converter even if input AC-power-supply voltage changes.
      SOLUTION: In the converter 3, two of a half bridge converter 30 and an asymmetric half-controlled bridge converter 31 are connected in parallel. Although the half bridge converter 30 has a good power factor and is stable, the power factor decreases when the input AC-power-supply voltage becomes large. A mixed bridge converter 31 has a harmonic content near a zero crossing point, accordingly, its power factor is slightly lower than that of the half bridge converter 30, however, the power factor does not decrease even when the input AC-power-supply voltage becomes large. So, it is changed to the half bridge converter 30 by an AC input below a reference value voltage. It shall be changed to the mixed bridge converter 31 by the ac input larger than reference value voltage.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the distortion of the tube voltage wave form caused by a response delay of a voltage stabilizing device, by operating first only a DC voltage source, then the DC voltage source and a chopper, and finally the DC voltage source, the chopper, and an inverter in this order, when an X-ray is radiated. CONSTITUTION:By a radiation preperation signal A at first, the rotation of an anode of an X-ray tube 6, and the heating of a cathode heater are started. The signal A also stars the operation if a DC voltage source 1, and voltages V1 and V2 are made to be at a set voltage VD0. Then an X-ray radiation signal B is input to a chopper driving circuit 13, and starts the operation of a chopper circuit 2. After that, at no load operation, when the chopper output voltage V2f before reaching to the normal condition, and a reactor current I2 is at the starting condition, the operation of an inverter 3 is started. In such a condition, since the I2 does not start from zero, the influence of the response delay of the chopper circuit is little. Therefore, the distortion of the tube voltage wave form can be reduced remarka bly.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease the fluctuation of the tube voltage wave form of an inverter type X-ray plant and to increase the quantity of X-ray outputs by gradually increasing the on-term of chopping operation. CONSTITUTION:The output signal (e) of an oscillator 35 generates a ramp voltage (f). A function generating circuit 51 generates a pattern signal (l) gradually increasing with the timing of the output signal k of a multivibrator 45 setting the conducting width of the switching element of an inverter circuit. The pattern signal (l) and the ramp voltage f are inputted to a comparator 52, generating the on-off time ratio pattern signal (m) of chopping operation in which the pulse width is gradually increased by means of the frequency of the ramp voltage (f). The output of the comparator 52 is inputted to an AND circuits 48 and 49, outputting the drive signals (o) and (p) of the inverter circuit. A tube voltage wave form having limited pulsation can be obtained by means of the drive signals (o) and (p). If the frequency of the ramp voltage is made to be fully higher than that of the inverter operation, the fluctuation of the tube voltage wave form can be reduced.
