Then, the quantity of the insulation oil 40 in the shielding case 22 is small, whereby temperatures of the insulation oil 40 and the cooling wall surface 24 are raised as compared with a conventional one, the temperature difference from the outside air is increased and heat radiation efficiency is improved.
