摘要： It is an object to provide a friction stir tool (101) excellent in productivity, high temperature strength, and wear resistance at high temperatures.
The friction stir tool (101) is formed of a Co-based alloy having a γ phase with an A1 structure and a γ' phase (302) with an Ll 2 structure precipitated in the γ phase, the γ' phase (302) comprising Co 3 (Al, W), and the γ' phase (302) being contained in the γ phase in an amount of 10% to 80% in terms of volume fraction.

摘要： When battery equipment is applied to a drive system of a railway vehicle, a high voltage needs to be produced and the safety during assembly needs to be secured, and therefore the battery equipment needs to be downsized so as to be mounted in a limited space of the railway vehicle. The present invention provides battery equipment for a railway vehicle including a plurality of battery modules 11, each of which stores a plurality of lithium-ion cells, a battery module storage section 1 that stores the plurality of battery modules, a control section 2 that detects conditions of the plurality of battery modules and controls charge and discharge thereof and a case 3 that allows the battery module storage section and the control section to be juxtaposed in a traveling direction of the vehicle.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a friction stir welding tool which enables friction stir welding of a wide range of materials, from low-melting temperature metallic materials including aluminum to high-melting temperature metallic materials including steel.
An entire friction stir welding tool or a tool tip including a pin is made of Mo alloy having a dual phase microstructure of Mo and intermetallic compound Mo 5 SiB 2 . It is desirable that the Mo alloy be composed of 6.0 to 10.0 mol% of Si, 10.0 to 20.0 mol% of B, and 20 to 60% of Mo-phase volume content. This Mo alloy tool has excellent high-temperature strength and wear-resistance properties and hardly deform and wear when used for the welding of steel.

摘要： A railway vehicle operation-control system includes at least one central processing unit being connected to a plurality of devices, which are connected in parallel, via information communication means, the plurality of the devices having at least one operational state-monitoring function which transmits information on operational states of each device to the central processing unit; wherein a total controlled-variable necessary for the system is attained by allocating the total control variable to each device based on operational states determined from results of monitoring performed by the operational state-monitoring function, and a performance margin which is defined as a difference between a permissible power-output value and a current power-output value for each device while monitoring and reflecting the performance margin of each device.

When new position information and information about arrangement order are needed, each data processing device transmits position confirmation data to a branch transmission line.
