    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric driving controller which can prevent application of overvoltage to an electronic apparatus connected to the output of an electric power source. SOLUTION: The electric driving controller is used for a vehicle which includes an AC motor 1 for traveling, a power converter 2 for driving the AC motor 1, an electric power source 4 for supplying electric power to the power converter 2, and a smoothing means 5 for smoothing the output of the electric power source 4. The electric driving controller includes a DC voltage detecting means 51 for detecting DC voltage V dc applied to the smoothing means 5. When the DC voltage V dc detected by the DC voltage detecting means 51 becomes a predetermined voltage or above, a motor control section 11 corrects the input characteristics of the power converter 2 to such ones as to reduce the DC voltage V dc .     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation controller improved in voltage responsibility, in a system which does not have a battery in a DC output portion. SOLUTION: A PWM signal generation portion 429 generates a field voltage which is supplied to a field winding terminal of a power generation device to control a DC voltage of a DC voltage output terminal in a state when no electrical load is connected to the DC voltage output terminal of the power generation device. A feedback control portion 422 calculates a field voltage command value that is given to the PWM signal generation portion 429. The feedback control portion 422 has a PI control portion 423 which calculates a voltage deviation between a detected value of a DC voltage and the DC voltage command value to generate the field voltage command value by PI operation from the voltage deviation. The feedback control portion 422 is provided with compensation portions 424, 425 which generate the field voltage command value after providing compensation for the voltage deviation to an output of the PI control portion 423, based on input and output transfer characteristics from a field voltage to a DC voltage of the power generation device.
