摘要： PURPOSE: To facilitate removal and recovery and to improve the safety and reliability of work by making temporary supports hollow and floatable on water in the temporary support state before a pressure-proof leakage test during the installation process of a reactor container. CONSTITUTION: During the installation process of a reactor container 10, assembling and temporary installation are conducted at the prescribed height position from a calotte 9 for a pressure-proof leakage test. Temporary supports 1a, 1b, 1c temporarily supporting the reactor container 10 are formed into shapes compatible with the contact faces of the reactor container 10 and the calotte 9, and they have a hollow structure and water-floatable specific gravity. For permanent installation utilizing water jacks, the temporary supports 1a-1c floating on water after water is filled are recovered. The removing work of the temporary supports 1a-1c before water is filled is not required, workability is improved, and the reactor container 10 can be prevented from being deformed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To complete having of a through body through one time of work and improve efficiency of the work by supporting the through body by the use of a temporary strut installed in the inner part of a containment vessel and a temporary support and movably holding the through body in the axial direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:A temporary support 4 and a temporary strut 5 are installed on the inside and the outside thereof respectively by sandwiching a containment vessel 1 and a liner plate 2. Rollers 8 supported by a roller supporter 7 are fixed as a moving mechanism of a through body 3 on horizontal members 6 constituting the temporary support 4. When the through body 3 is installed on the liner plate 2, the through body 3 is transported in a working place by a crane after the liner plate 2 is completed up to an appointed height. After welding parts 11 are marked off before the through body 3 is welded to the liner plate 2 and thereafter the through body 3 is moved in the axial direction and the working place is secured, an opening is provided on the liner plate 2. Next, the through body 3 is moved to the welding parts 11 again and the whole circumferential welding parts 11 are welded after their alignments are performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly execute a series of operations up to setting of a reactor pressure vessel (RPV) and to shorten the period of construction works by forming a titled structure into a construction in which pipe supports and a steel structure consisting of forms at the time of placing concrete for body construction are integrated. CONSTITUTION:Eight pieces of bearing plates 1 are integrated to one body. The RPV 5 is supported by the supporting pipes 7. The supporting pipes 7 are supported by the building body 8 consisting of the concrete placed between an inside frame 2 and outside frame 3 via the bearing plate 1 integrated with the inside frame 2 and the outside frame 3. The integrated bearing plate 1 is set during the course of constructing the building body 8 to support the RPV 5 and the installation of the bearing plate 1 is completed by pouring the concrete between the inside frame 2 and the outside frame 3 in this pipe support system. Since the bearing plate 1 is of the integral construction, the positioning of the bearing plate 1 is executed simply by adjusting the centers of the bearing plate and the building. As a result, the on-site works are decreased.
