    • PURPOSE: To manufacture an alloy with superior stress corrosion cracking resistance by adding a specified percentage each of Cr, Mo, Al, Ti and Nb to Ni and providing γ' or γ" phase to an austenite-phase matrix.
      CONSTITUTION: An alloy consisting of, by wt., 15W25% Cr, 1W8% Mo, 0.4W2% Al, 0.7W3% Ti, 0.7W4.5% Nb and the balance Ni is prepared, and γ' and/or γ" phase is provided to an austenite-phase matrix. Al, Ti and Nb are preferably added in the range of 3.5%≤2Al+Ti+1/2Nb≤5.5%. The preferred C content is about 0.02W0.06%. It is preferable to add Cr, Mo, Ti and Nb to the alloy as ferroalloys, so the Fe content is adjusted to ≤40%, and the Ni content is ≥40%.

    • PURPOSE: To enhance the stress corrosion cracking resistance of a bolt under a high temp. water environment, by preparing the bolt used under a gap and stress acting condition in the high temp. water environment from an Ni-alloy.
      CONSTITUTION: The bolt used under a gap and stress acting condition in a high temp. water environment within a boiling water type or pressure water type nuclear reactor is fabricated from an Ni-alloy containing, on a wt. basis, 15W 25% Cr, 1W8% Mo, 0.4W2% Al, 0.7W3% Ti, 0.7W4.5% Nb, less than 40% Fe and more than 40% Ni. In this case, contained Al, Ti and Nb are contained in the range shown by the relation of 3.5%≤2Al+Ti+0.5Nb≤5.5%. This Ni- alloy contains one or more of a γ'-phase and a γ"-phase in the austenite phase base of the structure thereof and suitable for a bolt material showing excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance used in a high temp. water environment.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce an error of an output pattern corresponding to a test pattern, and also to save an energy by using an electronic computer for an inspection of a design result of a control panel and an inspection of a product, and unifying the inspection of a design including an object to be controlled and the inspection of a product. CONSTITUTION:At the time point when a design is completed, a function of a control panel and a controlled system is inputted to an electronic computer of a design result inspecting device 100, and a motion of the control panel and the controlled system is simulated in the electronic computer. In case when there is no problem in its result, a test pattern and an output pattern required for a product inspection are saved in a magnetic tape 300. After a manufacture of the control panel is completed, a product inspecting device 200 combines a tester using a microcomputer and a product, gives the test pattern of the tape 300 to the product, and inspects automatically whether an output conforms with the output pattern in the tape 300 or not. In this way, a design error is reduced, and also an inspecting person and a time can be curtailed.
