    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant equipment state management method for improving the accuracy of information showing the opening/closing state of a manual valve installed in a plant.SOLUTION: In a plant equipment state management method, operation instruction information read from a plant equipment state management device 9 is input to a portable terminal 16, and displayed at the portable terminal 16. A manual valve 17 whose opening/closing state should be checked is confirmed by an operator. The equipment ID information of the manual valve 17 is read from an RFID tag 18 of the manual valve 17 by the portable terminal 16. When the manual valve 17 is a manual valve to be operated, the manual valve 17 is put in a predetermined full closing state by the operator, and information showing the full closing state is input to the portable terminal 16. When the operation result of the manual valve 17 is coincident with the operation instruction content, information showing the operation result is transmitted to the plant equipment state management device 9.     • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of simulator operation and to automate the training applied to a simulator by deciding the rationality of the instruction for multifunctions or state change from an instruction console by a device for deciding the rationality of input value. CONSTITUTION:The operator's operation signal in a mimic control panel 1 is made into the input signal to a plant mimic computer 3 through an input/ output device 2 and the computer 3 computes plant operations by using the plate data of a memory device 4. The resultant plant state quantity is displayed on the panel 1. This plate state quantity is also displayed on the display device of the instruction console 5. The timing for the state change is created by an input medium such as keyboard of the console 5 when a trainer is going to execute the multifunctions or the state change at this time. The conditions are subjected to decision by calling the rationality criteria set for each of the multifunctions from the memory device 7 in the device 6 for deciding the rationality of input value and if the criteria are satisfied, the conditions are applied to the computer 3. The non-rationality is announced to the console 5 if the criteria are not satisfied.
