      SOLUTION: An image collation device is provided with a model data storage device 10 storing the model data indicating the layout of components constituting a plant, an image data storage part 20 storing the image data or the like of the image for which the plant is photographed, a component library 30 storing component data, a heat insulation material library 40 storing information regarding a heat insulation material, a model correction processing part 50 and a collation processing part 60. The model correction processing part 50 synthesizes composite image data at the time of viewing the same direction from the same position as actual image data for which the plant is photographed on the basis of the model data and the component data. The collation processing part 60 collates the composite image and the actual image.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional method wherein all directions of piping are converted into horizontal directions and forward/rearward piping is not displayed and wherein, although it is also required for more exhaustive management to display the thickness reduction state of piping of which the thickness is not measured, the thickness reduction state is displayed only for the piping of which the thickness is measured.
      SOLUTION: This thickness reduction visualization device for plant piping includes: a storage means for storing thickness measurement data of plant piping and layout data of the plant piping; a similar piping retrieving means for retrieving piping similar to certain piping from the layout data; and a thickness reduction comparison means for comparing the thickness measurement data of the certain piping with that of the similar piping to calculate thickness reduction differential amount.
