    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car that makes an in-elevator-car environment excellent by reducing noises in the elevator car while securing natural ventilation in the elevator car.SOLUTION: The elevator car includes: a car floor 9 of the elevator car; a floor frame 10 that is disposed at the edge of the car floor 9; a baseboard 11 that is fixed to the floor frame 10; a side board 12 of the elevator car; a side board back panel 18 that is disposed on the backside of the side board 12; a ceiling board 13 that covers an upper part of the side board 12; a ventilation gap 15 that communicates into the elevator car between the floor frame 10 and a lower part of the side board 12; a ventilation passage 23 that is vertically formed between the ventilation gap 15 and the outside of the elevator car; and noise absorbing materials 17-19 that are stuck in the ventilation passage 23. Thus, the elevator car reduces the noises transmitted into the elevator car from the outside, while maintaining the ventilation in the elevator car.

SOLUTION: If registration of landing call from a calling floor is detected, a first elevator car is controlled to stop at the calling floor and, at the same time, if the landing side total weight measurement value of the calling floor is heavier than the remaining loadable weight of the first elevator car, selection-stop control of a second elevator car is conducted and if the landing side total weight measurement value is larger than addition of remaining loadable weights of the first and second elevator cars, selection-stop control of the elevators is repeatedly conducted until the addition of remaining loadable weights of all the selected elevator cars exceeds the landing side total weight measurement value.     • PURPOSE:To reduce a weight unbalance by means of a rope by hanging down a balance weight at the ratio 2:1 roping, in a device which locks a balance weight to the other end of a rope wrapped on a sheave, and whose one end is clamped to an elevator car. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of ropes 5 are wrapped as long as one reciprocation in space between a driving sheave 3 of a hoist in a machine room 2 formed on top of an elevator shaft 1 and an idle sheave 4 set up at a space with this driving sheave 3. In addition, an elevator car 8 is connected to an edge at the side hung down from the driving sheave of this rope at the ratio of 1:1 roping, while a pulley 10 slung with a balance weight 11 at the ratio 2:1 roping is wrapped on an edge at the side hung down from the idle sheave 4, and the edge is clamped to a fixed part 9 in the midway of the elevator shaft 1. In succession, weight in a part doing the 2:1 roping motion of the rope 5 is made heavier than that of the same length as a distance where the car 8 of the rope 5 goes up and down. With this constitution, the extent of weight balance by a car position is reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent generation of noise at the time of lifting an elevator, to easily clean dust in a sill groove and to freely and easily change a material of a sill or the like for once completed installation by preventing a flow of air in a lift well of an elevator car from flowing through a dust dropping hole. CONSTITUTION:In a front surface of a skeleton 8 of channel steel provided in a point end lower surface in a gate side of a car floor 2, the rear end of a supporting base 7 of staircase-shaped section is fixed by a bolt, and a sill 1 is mounted on an upper surface of the supporting base 7. Further in the bottom part of a groove 3 of the sill 1, a pair of elliptic holes 4 is formed, and for accumulating dust or the like dropped from this elliptic hole 4, a dust receiving space 12 is provided in the supporting base 7 formed in the same length as a car floor frontage, to enable the sill 1 to rotate about a hinge 10.
