摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate characteristic driving force as desired for the operated condition of an injector by preventing a reverse current due to mutual induction between a first coil and a second coil and improving the forward rising characteristic of a current.
SOLUTION: This fuel injection device comprises a first switching means and a second switching means for switching the connection of the first coil and the second coil to a power supply. Each of the first and second switching means is formed with a transistor having a surge absorbed diode. Otherwise, a diode is provided between the second coil and the second switching means or between the second switching means and the negative side of the power supply for carrying a current flowing only in a direction from the second coil to the second switching means.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate optimal driving force to an operating condition of an injector by providing with coils whose time change ratios of magnetomotive force are different from each other, and applying voltages which are different from each other to the coils. SOLUTION: Fuel pressurized by a fuel pump is supplied to an injector 10, a fuel passage is opened/closed between a ball valve for composing a valve element and a seat surface formed on a nozzle side, and an injection rate of fuel from a fuel injection hole 5 formed downstream the seat surface 4 is controlled. For driving the ball valve 16, a control coil 11 and a hold coil 12 are disposed on the injector 10. The control coil 11 and the hold coil 12 have electric characteristics which are different from each other. It is thus possible to generate optimal driving force to an operating condition of the injector so as to inject fuel in a good condition.

SOLUTION: The electromagnetic fuel injection system comprises a coil 11 for driving a valve element 90 opening/closing a fuel passage and is provided with a control means for changing large magnetomotive force to the coil 11 in an initial time of the valve opening into small magnetomotive force in retaining the valve opening. The electromagnetic fuel injection system and the internal combustion engine have a function to detect status of the valve opening of a valve element 90 and change the large magnetomotive force in the initial time into the small magnetomotive force in retaining based on information of valve opening detected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the straight line property of an injection quantity, even if a battery voltage is changed. SOLUTION: A target peak current value in which the current value is minified following to the drop of the voltage of a battery 18 is memorized to a target peak current memory part 68, ON signal is outputted from a current control circuit 56 to a power transistor 50 responding to the injection order pulse from an engine controller 58 and electrified to a coil 29. Thereafter, the current flowing in the coil 20 is detected by a current detection resistance 52 and this detection current is compared by a comparator 62 with the target peak current value read out from the target peak current memory part 68 responding to the voltage of the battery 18 and when both current values are matched, OFF signal is outputted against the power transistor 50 from the current control circuit 56 by the switch order from the comparator 62 and thereafter, ON.OFF signal for flowing the hold current to the coil 20 is outputted from the current control circuit 56 to the power transistor 50.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a method of driving, when a valve is opened and held in an injection valve of a fuel injection device, particularly to increase suction force during valve opening. SOLUTION: This device employs a coil 11, which has a high response and is suitable for valve opening and a coil 12 which can maintain large power with small current and is suitable for holding the valve opening state. The current is carried into a holding coil 12, which has relatively much coil turns to increase magnetomotive force, and simultaneously the current also is carried into a control coil 11 which has little coil turns. In this case, it is possible to totally charge larger magnetomotive force and to stably hold the valve opening state, in comparison with a case in which the current is applied only to the holding coil 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To normally control the operation at a high accuracy by separately detecting a real air-fuel ratio at every cylinder, and renewing air-fuel compensation data at every cylinder which is stored in compensation memory units at every cylinder based on air-fuel ratio difference among the cylinders. CONSTITUTION:An injector 12 is provided at a throttle chamber 4, and a throttle valve 14 is provided in the vicinity of an exit port of the injector 12. Fuel injection from the injector 12 is controlled by a control circuit 60 based on output signals of a crank angle sensor(not shown), an air flow sensor 24, water temperature sensor 56, an O2 sensor 142 and the like so as to feedback-control a air-fuel ratio. In this case, a real air-fuel ratio is separately detected at every cylinder, and air-fuel ratio difference among the cylinders is detected. An air-fuel ratio compensation data at every cylinder stored in compensation memory units at every cylinder is renewed based on the air-fuel ratio difference. When the air-fuel ratio difference is detected, air-fuel control feedback control is interruptingly controlled.
