摘要： An air-fuel ratio control apparatus for an internal combustion engine controls a fuel supplying means by a signal generated from an air-fuel sensor so that the air-fuel ratio of a gas mixture to be sucked into the internal combustion engine becoms a target air-fuel ratio. The air-fuel ratio control apparatus corrects the target air-fuel ratio by a parameter on the condition of the engine detected by the detecting means so that a fuel supplying device is controlled to obtain a corrected target air-fuel ratio.

摘要： An air-fuel ratio detecting apparatus for an internal combustion engine of an automotive vehicle has an air-fuel ratio sensing element disposed in the exhaust manifold of the engine, an electric heater which heats the sensing element to above its activation temperature, and a controller which controls the heater output in accordance with the operating state of the engine, a target air-fuel ratio, and at least one parameter selected from the speed of the vehicle and a temperature parameter so as to maintain the temperature of the sensing element constant even when the exhaust gas temperature of the engine varies.

摘要： An air-fuel (A/F) controller of an internal combustion engine, which computes an average value of a plurality of duty ratios of the voltage supplied to the heater according to the engine speed and the engine load periodically detected during a period from a predetermined moment up to the present, and fixes said average value as the present duty ratio of the voltage to be supplied to the heater, since the A/F ratio sensor is heated not only by the heater but also by exhaust gas. The A/F ratio controller smoothes the variation of voltage to be supplied to the heater by applying the computed average value as the present duty ratio of the supply voltage which is to be supplied to the heater. Accordingly, even when the driving condition is in high-speed, variation of the temperature borne by the heater is mild and smooth, and thus, the temperature of the oxygen-concentration detecting element does not rise suddenly. Furthermore, the A/F ratio controller corrects the above-mentioned present duty ratio of the voltage to be supplied to the heater according to the supply voltage to be supplied to the heater.

摘要： A normally-black active-matrix-type liquid crystal display device comprises a first substrate having color layers of three or more colors and a second substrate on which an active-matrix array is formed. The first substrate has a structure, which is devoid of a black matrix, in which the color layers are stacked in a frame portion surrounding the display area. A first light-shielding layer in which color layers of three of more colors are stacked is formed on the frame portion on a side of the display area from which scanning lines are led out and on a side of the display area from which data lines are led out, from among four sides of the display area. A second light-shielding layer in which color layers of two colors are built up is formed on the frame portion on at least one side of the other remaining sides of the display area.
