摘要： On one side of a valve shaft, there are provided an accelerator drum connected to an accelerator pedal by an accelerator wire, a return spring for urging the accelerator drum in a valve closing direction, and an accelerator sensor for detecting rotation of the accelerator drum and transmitting a detected signal to a host system. On the other side of the valve shaft, there are provided a large-diameter gear and an opening sensor. An armature of a solenoid clutch is attached to the gear and held on a motor shaft via a slide bearing. Thus, the motor, the solenoid clutch and the throttle valve are arranged into a U-shaped form for interconnection through four gears.

摘要： A throttle valve control arrangement for an internal combustion engine comprising: a throttle valve; an electrical motor for actuating the throttle valve; mechanical links for coupling and decoupling the electrical motor with the throttle valve; a throttle position sensor for detecting a position of the throttle valve; and a control unit which compares an output signal from the throttle position sensor representing a detected throttle position with a signal representing a target throttle valve opening degree and generates a feed-back control signal for the electrical motor based on the comparison result, wherein the throttle position sensor shows a first output voltage characteristic with respect to throttle valve opening degrees for a first region covering ISC and FIC and a voltage gradient of the first output voltage characteristic is selected larger than that of an unmodified output voltage characteristic of the throttle position sensor, thereby a high resolution of the throttle position sensor is obtained for the first region.

摘要： An intake pipe for an internal combustion engine has an intake assembly to which the air supplied from an air cleaner flows in accordance with the opening of a throttle valve, and independent intake pipes receive the air in the intake assembly and distribute the air into each cylinder of the internal combustion engine. The intake passage between the air cleaner and the throttle valve assembly is arranged next to and separated by a partition wall from at least one of a negative pressure part of the intake passage downstream of the throttle vale, the intake assembly provided in the negative pressure part and the independent intake pipes, whereby two independent intake spaces are formed on either side of the partition wall.

摘要： Provided is a shift register of a display-driving circuit which carries out simultaneous selection of a plurality of signal lines by using a simultaneous selection signal. A stage of the shift register includes (i) a set-reset type flip-flop and (ii) a signal generating circuit which generates an output signal of the stage by selectively outputting a signal in response to an output of the flip-flop. The output signal of the stage (i) becomes active due to an activation of the simultaneous selection signal and then (ii) remains active while the simultaneous selection is being performed, and the output from the flip-flop is inactive during a period in which a setting signal and a resetting signal are both being active. This makes it possible to quickly carry out the simultaneous selection of all the signal lines and the initialization of the shift register.

This arrangement allows the signal processing circuit to maintain an output potential even after a bootstrap effect has worn off.
