摘要： A camera takes an image or images of a region including a vehicle (vehicle-in-front) running in front of a driver's own vehicle. A wheel information acquiring unit acquires the positional information of a wheel or wheels of the vehicle-in-front in the image taken by the camera. More specifically, the boundary between the wheels of the vehicle-in-front and the road surface. The processing for detecting the boundary is done by use of the difference in the brightness between the wheels and the road surface of the vehicle-in-front. A camera attitude correcting unit corrects the detected boundary by use of a self-calibration function, and a road surface condition estimating unit estimates the conditions of the road surface on which the vehicle-in-front is traveling.

摘要： In a dielectric ceramic having crystal grains and containing a perovskite in which the A site contains Ba and the B site contains Ti. as a main component, the crystal orientations are aligned in substantially the same direction within the crystal grains. Some of Ba may be replaced with Ca and/or Sr, and some of Ti may be replaced with Zr and/pr Hf. This achieves a dielectric ceramic which has a high dielectric constant and has favorable AC electric field characteristics in which the change in dielectric constant is small even with changes in applied electric field.

A tension pin 16 is supported by the heater unit 1, inserted into the adjacent recess 11 and then inserted into the axial groove 9 through the axial opening 10. An actuator is provided at the heater unit 1, the tension pin 16 being pulled and moved axially thereof by the actuator 19 so that the head 17 should be engaged with the inward protrusion 18. The tension pin 16 and the insert 8 cooperate with each other to mount the heat seal bar 2 on the heater unit 1.
