    • This invention discloses an adhesive organopolysiloxane compositions which cure in the presence of addition reaction catalysts and adhere firmly to various materials when they harden comprising;(1) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane containing at least alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms in 1 molecule,(2) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least 3 hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in 1 molecule, in sufficient quantity to donate 0.5-10 hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms to 1 alkenyl group in said 1st constituent,(3) 0.1-20 parts by weight of an organosilicone compound containing at least 1 hydrogen atom bonded to silicon atoms, at least 1 fluoroalkyl group or fluoroalkylether group bonded to silicon atoms via carbon atoms and at least 1 epoxy group and/or trialkoxysilyl group bonded to silicon atoms via carbon atoms in 1 molecule, and(4) platinum or a platinum compound in suitable quantity to act as a catalyst.

    • An organopolysiloxane composition contains (A) a both end hydroxyl-blocked diorganopoly-siloxane, (B) a hydroxyl-free diorganopoly-siloxane having a degree of polymerization equal to or greater than that of (A), (C) an organo-hydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three hydrogen atoms in a molecule, (D) an organosilane containing at least two alkoxy groups and an amino group attached to a silicon atom through an alkylene group in a molecule and/or a partial hydrolyzate thereof, (E) a fatty acid metal salt, (F) polycarbonate powder having a mean particle size of up to 50 .mu.m, and optionally (G) an organo-silane containing at least two alkoxy groups and a mercapto group attached to a silicon atom through an alkylene group in a molecule and/or a partial hydrolyzate thereof. It is applied to a rubber substrate to form a wear resistance coating thereon.

    • The invention relates to an ablator composition for providing ablation protection. The ablator composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a mixture of vinyl-containing organopolysiloxanes, the mixture containing 50-80 wt. % of a diorganopolysiloxane which contains vinyl groups and 20-50 wt. % of a silicone resin which contains vinyl groups; an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing in one molecule thereof at least three hydrogen atoms which are directly bonded to silicon atoms thereof; a catalyst which is at least one selected from the group consisting of metallic platinum and platinum compounds; up to 150 parts by weight of silica microballoons; and at least one selected from the group consisting of up to 15 parts by weight of quartz glass fibers and up to 15 parts by weight of carbon fibers. An ablator material prepared by curing the ablator composition has a low surface recession rate even under a condition of a high heating rate such as about 4 MW/m.sup.2 and a high pressure such as about one atmospheric pressure.
