    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatter adhesion preventing sheet which can exhibit a function of preventing adhesion of spatters scattered during a welding operation over a long period of time and can fittingly adhere to a workpiece, a welding machine or the like even if they have a complicated shape.SOLUTION: A resin solution for forming a sheet base material is obtained by adding 6 pts.wt. of hollow glass particles served as a hollow filler into a silicone rubber solution obtained by dissolving 30 pts.wt. of a silicone rubber 30 in a 100 pts.wt. of toluene served as a solvent, followed by sufficiently stirring them to sufficiently disperse the added particles in the solution. Then, by casting the resin solution on a metal plate of which surface is subjected to release treatment to obtain a silicone rubber sheet 2 (a sheet base material) having a thickness of approximately 0.2 mm. Further, one surface of the resulting sheet base material is coated with an acrylic adhesive 3 by using screen-printing to obtain a spatter adhesion preventing sheet 1.

Additionally, it is cut in a donut shape with an outside diameter of about 500 mm and an inside diameter of 150 mm.
