Then, by casting the resin solution on a metal plate of which surface is subjected to release treatment to obtain a silicone rubber sheet 2 (a sheet base material) having a thickness of approximately 0.2 mm. Further, one surface of the resulting sheet base material is coated with an acrylic adhesive 3 by using screen-printing to obtain a spatter adhesion preventing sheet 1.
