In the foundation penetration piping structure, the gap between the sheath pipe 2 and insert piping 3 is closed with a termite-proof member 6, and a sheet-shaped termite-proof member 5 is arranged from an indoor-side surface 1a of the foundations to the cover body 4 of the sheath pipe 2 while being in close contact with them so as to cover a border part between the foundations 1 and sheath pipe 2. Intrusion of termites from the border part between the foundation 1 and the sheath pipe 2 is prevented with the sheet-shaped termite-proof member 5 in close contact with the region from the surface 1a of the foundation to the cover body 4, and the insert piping can be reduced in height at an upstream-side end, so that a sufficient stream slope is imparted to the indoor piping 7 by reducing the height of a downstream-side end of indoor piping 7 from the surface 1a of the foundations.
