    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elastic block, which provides excellent safety by preventing the warping of an elastic body and in which not only workability and an article assortment are improved but also a deformation due to an abra sion and a color change due to an exposure for a prolonged term even by a user for the prolonged term are inhibited.
      SOLUTION: The elastic block 1 being laid on a backing bedrock and absorbing an impulse is provided. The elastic block 1 is a laminate of tubular bodies 2 as surface layers, a rubber powder-containing layer 3 on the lower side of the tabular bodies 2 and a vulcanized rubber layer 4 on the lower side of the layer 3. The tabular bodies 2 are composed of an inorganic material, the compression molded body of the mixture layer of elastic chips 3c having an average grain size of 0.2 to 10 mm is used as the layer 3, and the vulcanizing molded body of an unvulcanized rubber layer is used as the layer 4.
