    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactive crystallization treatment apparatus which permits the enhancement of recovery rate of an objective component to be extruded according to seed crystalline grains.
      SOLUTION: This reactive crystallization treatment apparatus is provided with a reaction vessel 1 which constitutes a fluidized bed 1a having a plurality of seed crystalline grains 5 retained in such a state as to float in a prescribed range in the vertical direction by an upward flow of fluid therein. The fluid consists of water (a) to be treated which contains phosphorus (objective component to be extruded), treated water (b) after treatment of crystallizing phosphorus to seed crystalline grains 5 for the water (a) to be treated and liquid chemicals (c) containing hydrated lime (crystallizing component) which crystallizes phosphorus to the seed crystalline grains 5 as a compound. Therein, the treated water (b) is supplied into the reaction vessel 1 from the lower side than the water (a) to be treated and the liquid chemicals (c).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pH reduction method for a secondary treated water of sewage which reduces the treatment cost for pH reduction of the secondary treated water, and improves safety in treatment operation therefor. SOLUTION: The secondary treated water of sewage is aerated with a carbon dioxide-containing gas, so that carbon dioxide in the gas is dissolved in the water. Thereby, the concentration of hydrogen ion (H + ) in the secondary treated water of the sewage is increased to reduce the pH of the secondary treated water. As a result, the pH of the secondary treated water of the sewage can be reduced by the carbon dioxide-containing gas without using a pH adjuster such as sulfuric acid used in conventional methods, which enables reduction of the equipment cost for pH reduction treatment and of the running cost, and improves the safety of the treatment operation.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystallizing/dephosphorizing method and apparatus therefor, by each of which the amount of agglomerated calcium phosphate to be generated can be reduced without altering the flow rate ratio of circulation water/the water to be treated.
      SOLUTION: When the water to be treated is introduced into a fluidized bed 14 from a pressure chamber 19 for the water to be treated through a jet nozzle 55 and a distributor 12 and circulation water is also introduced into the fluidized bed 14 through a pressure chamber 20 for the circulation water and the distributor 12, both of the water to be treated and the circulation water are mixed first with each other in a seed crystal of a fluidized state. Though the water to be treated has high phosphorus concentration and the circulation water has high Ca concentration and pH, the phosphorus in the water to be treated is crystallized on the surface of the seed crystal since they are mixed in the presence of the seed crystal. As a result, the amount of the agglomerated calcium phosphate to be generated can be reduced without altering the flow rate ratio of the circulation water/the water to be treated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduced-pressure drying device capable of realizing the drying operation of high efficiency while miniaturizing a device for drying a raw material, as a pre-processing for carbonizing the raw material such as a sludge cake, a reduced-pressure drying method, and a carbonization treatment device comprising the same.
      SOLUTION: In the reduced-pressure drying device for drying the raw material under reduced-pressure as a pre-stage of carbonizing the raw material such as the sludge cake, the sludge is forcedly fed by a snake pump 4, and continuously conveyed, while sealing an opening at one end, of each of drying containers 7, 8 by the force-fed sludge. When the sludge is introduced into the drying containers 7, 8, the sludge is shaped into a plurality of cords by a cord-like cake shaper. Then the sludge is heated while being conveyed in the drying containers 7, 8 decompressed in advance, whereby the percentage of water content of the sludge is lowered to approximately 40 %.
