摘要： The invention relates to a method for coating sheet-form textile materials, in which there is applied to a sheet-form textile material an aqueous dispersion containing anionically modified polyurethane ureas comprising (A) aromatic diisocyanate, (B) polyether polyol having a mean molecular weight greater than 1500, (C) at least one compound containing from 1 to 2 isocyanate-reactive groups and at least one ionogenic group, (D) polyamine having a mean molecular weight of at least 32, and (E) water, wherein the mean total functionality of the isocyanate-reactive compounds B to D is from 1.85 to 2.2, the molar ratio of the isocyanate groups of component A to the isocyanate-reactive groups of components B to D is greater than 1, and the polyurethane ureas have a content of from 800 to 1500 mmol of urethane groups/kg of anionically modified polyurethane urea and a content of from 800 to 1800 mmol of urethane plus urea groups/kg of anionically modified polyurethane urea.

摘要： The present invention relates to a powder coating composition for the production of matte coatings, containing A) a hydroxyl group-containing component, B) an addition polymerization compound which is based on aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates and contains uretdione groups, C) a component which contains carboxyl and/or carboxylic acid anhydride groups and is selected from C1) aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic dicarboxylic acids containing 4 to 20 carbon atoms, C2) monomeric and/or polymeric anhydrides of the acids C1) which may optionally be modified and C3) aliphatic hydroxycarboxylic acids containing 4 to 18 carbon atoms, and D) a component which contains groups which are reactive with carboxyl and/or carboxylic acid anhydride groups, provided that components A), B), C) and D) are present in amounts such that 0.6 to 1.4 isocyanate groups of component B) are present for each hydroxyl group of component A), 0.3 to 1.5 groups of component D) which are reactive with carboxyl and/or carboxylic acid anhydride groups are present for each carboxyl equivalent of component C) and the amount of components C) and D) is 10 to 40% by weight of the total amount of components A), B), C) and D). The present invention also relates to the use of this powder coating composition for coating heat-resistant substrates.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polyurethane powder coating composition containing A) a binder component which is solid below 40.degree. C. and liquid above 130.degree. C. and has an OH number of 25 to 200 and a number average molecular weight of 400 to 10,000, B) a polyaddition compound which is solid below 40.degree. C. and liquid above 125.degree. C., contains uretdione groups and optionally free isocyanate groups and is prepared from aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates and C) one or more catalysts containing N,N,N'-trisubstituted amidine groups which have an amidine group content (calculated as CN.sub.2 ; molecular weight=40) of 12.0 to 47.0 wt. %, provided that components A) and B) are present in amounts such that component B) has 0.6 to 1.4 isocyanate groups for each hydroxyl group present in component A) and the amount of component C) is 0.05 to 5 wt. %, based on the total weight of the coating composition. The present invention also relates to the use of this powder coating composition for coating heat resistant substrates.

The invention further relates to heat resistant substrates coated with this powder coating composition.
