摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a clear image with a significant reduction in shake with hands at a tip vision section and external vibration, by fixing a long-sized inspection equipment on an object while being made free to slide and rotate or to lock with respect to rods to relieve a worker of a great load burden imposed in holding and operating it. CONSTITUTION:First, rods 51 and 52 are fixed to a desired length with a collet couple 53. A joint 60 has three joint parts theta1-theta3 which are so arranged at the tip of the rod 52 to turn about three axes orthogonal to one another. A motor for the joint 60 is rotated to turn the joint part theta1 roughly at a set angle. There after, the joint parts theta2 and theta3 are also set roughly likewise. Then, keeping an air bag 49 expanded, a bottom part of the rod 51 is held and moved so that a ground unit section 40 gets in contact with an inspecting position and an adsorbing part 41 is turned ON. A button of a control panel 89 is operated to finely adjust and drive the joint parts theta1, theta2 and theta3 with the motor viewing an image from a TV camera 71 with a monitor receiver 81 to inspect desired points.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the loosing of the bolt quantitatively by measuring the strain and stress, or main strain difference and main stress difference of a nut flank part with time after the bolt is clamped and estimating the clamping torque or axial force of the bolt from them. CONSTITUTION:The bolt 3 and nut 4 of a joint are clamped to prescribed torque and then a strain gauge 8 is adhered to the flank of the nut 4; and a stress measuring instrument 9 measures variation in the flank strain of the nut 4 with time after that and outputs the strain and stress or main strain difference and main stress difference. Consequently, the clamping torque of the bolt is estimated by using the mutual relation between the strain (stress) or main strain difference and main stress difference and bolt clamping torque to evaluate the extent of the loosing of the bolt quantitatively. The accuracy of the clamping torque or axial force of the clamping bolt is improved.

After the towing, fixing pins 5a as the fixers are pulled out, the legs are erected and fixed by the jack 4b, the jack 4 is removed, and the legs 3 are lowered. The stability of the hull during the towing period can be increased, and the weights of the legs can be reduced.

In which case, a hold pinion 10 and a hold gear 11 run idle in a no-load condition, and is kept from participating in elevating of the leg 9. In order to hold the leg 9 when moved by a towing, the ratchet stopper 12 engages the hold gear 11 to restrict idling of the hold pinion 10. A securing method thereof is such that a turn buckle 13 is inserted between a hole in the lever end of the ratchet stopper 12 and an eye plate 14 to fasten it.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of legs by a method in which a slot is provided to the side of a rack to vertically move support legs while engaging with a pinion attached to the hull side and also a crosswise moving bar coupling with the slot is provided to the hull side. In towing a working ship, the legs 1 are raised up to a given position on the hull and then a jack 14 is energized, whereupon the bar 12 moves in sliding manner a guide 9 and thick plates 3 while slightly pressing its tip on the guide 9 and is inserted into the slot 10 at a fixed position. Thus, the legs 1 are fixed to the hull. Since most of great bending moment applying to the legs are transmitted through the slot and the bar to the cords and hull as an axial force, the increment of the leg cross section area can thus be lessened.

摘要： PURPOSE: To grasp the moisture distribution in a material in a storage cabinet so that the occurrence of a high temperature part can be detected by providing an oscillator for oscillating electric waves toward the material stored in the cabinet and a receiver for receiving the electric waves oscillated from the oscillator and passed through the material. CONSTITUTION: Electric waves are shot from an antenna 9A to a coal layer 3 to be received through the coal layer 3 by antennas 9B-9D. The electric waves, after the repetition of transmission, attenuation, dispersion and diffraction in the coal layer 3, are received by the antennas 9B-9D to be sent to a signal processing unit 12 and show the temperature rise in the coal layer 3. Thereafter, the temperature is measured at every fixed time and when the high temperature part 10 is generated in the coal layer 3, the moisture distribution is changed. Since there is a difference between the electric wave properties of water and coal, the change in the moisture distribution of the coal layer 3 appears as the change in the received electric waves of the antennas 9B-9D. Since the change in moisture in the coal layer 3 can be grasped from the above result by comparing the initial value with a value measured until the previous time, the occurrence of high temperature in the coal layer 3 can be detected.
