Accordingly, when a bull-dozer built-up body 45 is approached to the surface of snow or the surface of the earth, it can be easily operated by only pulling up a handle bar 41, and controllability can be promoted. In that case, the tensile force for pulling up the handle bar 41 can be managed with small force, and the burden imposed on an operator can be lightened. By combining the link mechanism 80 with the tension spring 55, a mounting position of the link mechanism 80, size and overall length of the tension spring can be flexibly set, and design flexibility of the snow-removing machine can be increased.

It is shown in figure (b) that a transmission case 25L is moved in the counterclockwise direction by centering a supporting shaft 85L when the handle 26 for changing the center of the gravity in the front and rear directions is rotated, and the center G of the gravity of the whole is moved frontward by L2 from the center of the wheel 12L. The side of mowing tools 60L and 60R gets heavy because the center of the gravity is moved frontward to prevent the mowing tools 60R and 60L under operation from being lifted.
