    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut with a flange and a bolt with a flange, without causing looseness in a fastening place, while casting aside fear of reducing rigidity and durability of a member.
      SOLUTION: A head part 16 is projectingly formed from one end surface of a flange part 14 in the nut 10 with a flange, and a tapered swelling part 12 diametrically contracting as separating from the head part 16, exists on the other end surface. A screw hole 20 is penetratingly formed over the head part 16 from the tapered swelling part 12. While, the bolt 50 with a flange has a head part 52, a flange part 54 continuing with the head part 52, and a body part 58 projecting from the flange part 54 and provided with a thread 56, and the flange part 54 is provided with a tapered swelling part 60 diametrically contacting for separating from the head part 52. The tapered swelling parts 12 and 60 are respectively seated on tapered recessed parts 38 and 62 arranged in a tower bar 30 and a support part 32, for example, when connecting the tower bar 30 and a suspension damper (the support part 32) by the nut 10 with a flange and the bolt 50 with a flange.

Since the control engine mount is arranged at the position suitable for generating the damping force to suppress the roll behavior of the vehicle body, the effect on the roll behavior of the vehicle body by the engine can be reduced as small as possible.

The frictional force generating means 50 is arranged on one end surface of the cylinder 21 and outside of the cylinder 21.
