    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail emergency treatment device and a rail emergency treatment method in a slab track.
SOLUTION: Mutually fittable first reaction receiving member 21 and second reaction receiving member 22 are arranged set by set on both ends in the rail longitudinal direction of a range including a damaged rail portion so as to substantially surround a rail bottom part R2 from both left and right sides. A first splint plate 11 and a second splint plate 12 are put on both sides of a belly part of a rail R, and two first wedge plates 41A and 41B are inserted from the longitudinal direction of the rail between upright parts of the first splint plate 11 and the first reaction receiving member 21. The respective splint plates 11 and 12 are pressed down from the outside by inserting two second wedge plates 42A and 42B from the longitudinal direction of the rail between upright parts of the second splint plate 12 and the second reaction receiving member 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crossing pavement structure capable of assisting a passer-by using a wheelchair or the like to spontaneously return to a sidewalk by issuing a warning of danger when the passer-by using the wheelchair or the like approaches the impassable section of a crossing. SOLUTION: Since an uneven section consisting of an approximately parallel projected stripe 22a and a groove 22b is formed on the impassible surface considered as the surface of the impassible section 22 as a place located in the outside of the sidewalk on the road in the crossing on the surface of a tightly connected precast concrete track plate 12A and having possibility of making a fall or the like to a railway track side and unsuitable for the wheelchair or the like to pass through when the wheelchair or the like for a handicapped person passes, when the wheelchair or the like passes through the impassible section 22, since vibration is generated to enable the danger of a disconnected wheel or the like to warn, the crossing pavement structure can assist a user for the wheelchair or the like to spontaneously return to the sidewalk.

    • PURPOSE: To increase lateral resistance by fixing and suspending bearing plates having length, in which both ends are abutted against the end faces of adjacent sleepers in a rail turnout section, etc., to the lower sections of the end faces of adjacent sleepers through fittings. CONSTITUTION: The upper ends of bearing plates 11 are brought into press- contact among the vertical sections 18 of fittings 15, to which the bearing plates 11 are fitted, and the end faces 13 of sleepers 12. The horizontal sections 17 of the fittings 15 are fixed onto the top faces 16 of the sleepers 12 by screw spikes 21. Flanges 19 for reinforcement are formed on one sides of the vertical sections 18 while being bent to the outside, thus increasing the rigidity of the fittings 15. Accordingly, lateral load can be transmitted to the deepest sections of the bearing plates while the tendency of the overturn of the bearing plates can be prevented, and the lateral resistance of a device is augmented and the buckling of a rail can be obviated.
