摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a flaw detection work on a heat transfer tube or the like in an unmanned style by constructing a robot such that it can move arbitrarily hanging from a ceiling, standing wall or the like in order to facilitate various works. CONSTITUTION:On a circular base 1 a cylinder attaching plate 4 is mounted movably right and left, by means of a roller 5. The plate 4 is connected to the piston rod 2a of an air cylinder 2 fixed on the base 1. And on the plate 4 three clamp cylinders 6 are mounted perpendicularly. As the piston rod 2a is expanded and contracted, the plate 4 and the cylinder 6 move right and left. On the undersurface of the base 1, a cylinder attaching plate 7 is mounted movably right and left. And to the plate 7, the piston rod 3a of the air cylinder 3 is connected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the workability, and also, to improve the brazing quality by heating a brazing powder flux which has been applied to a brazing surface, to a melting point, melting it, and thereafter, cooling it, and vitrifying and fixing it. CONSTITUTION:A flux 7 of Li2B4O7 K2B4O7.5H2O, Na2B4O7, etc., is applied to the surface of a tube 2 which has been manufactured by an 'Inconel(R)' alloy, stainless steel, or carbon steel, and thereafter, it is heated to a melting point of the flux and melted, and also, cooled, and the glass is vitrified. As for a vitrified flux layer 7', 3-20mm width and 0.01-0,15mm thickness are suitable. A flux layer which has been formed by this method is very hard, therefore, it can be easily and efficiently inserted into a tube 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow a solder to flow smoothly and concentratedly to a predetermined brazing portion by providing solder flowing grooves in the vicinities of end sides of solder placing grooves, and also providing a plurality of small slits communicating with the brazing portion in solder placing grooves. CONSTITUTION:In a pipe shaped joint 10 for use in brazing, solder placing grooves 4 are formed at the upper end portion and its lower end portion. Solders having suitable sizes are applied to both grooves 4. Solder flowing grooves 7 are formed at the upper end portion side and the lower end portion side in the vicinities of both solder placing grooves 4. Further, a plurality of small slits 8 extending on the central side in communication with solder placing grooves 4, are formed on both solder placing grooves 4. In a case where a damaged portions has been formed on the heat transfer tubes, a small-size reinforced pipe which is a joint 10 for use in brazing is inserted therein, and the damaged portion is brazed by high-frequency heating to coat and repair the damaged portion with solders. Upon this occasion, the solder flowing grooves 7 prevent the solders from unnecessarily diffusing and the slits 8 allow solders to easily flow toward the brazing portion.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and availability by positioning an ultrasonic probe accurately at a target position in a thin pipe by a pantagraph type plumbing mechanism and a swelling type plumbing seal mechanism, and obtaining constant flaw detection pitch by a driving mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The pantagraph type plumbing mechanism 15 is inserted into the thin pipe 5 and the ultrasonic probe 13 is held at the axial center position of the thin pipe 5 with the buckling force of a link member 1. Pressurized liquid is injected into the thin pipe 5 to swell the annular swelling body of the swelling type plumbing seal mechanism 16 fixedly into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the terminal part of the thin pipe 5, thereby preventing couplant water from leaking out of the thin pipe 5. Further, the driving mechanism 17 supplies a rotational force and an axial movable force corresponding to the rotational frequencies to the probe 13 and its holder 14. The rotational frequency of the mechanism 17 is detected by a rotation detector 18 to detect the position of the probe 13, thereby improving the reliability and availability of the flaw detecting device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent exposure of a worker and to improve the degree of finishing of the inner surface of a heat transfer fine tube, by a method wherein, in an atomic power plant, positioning of a tool for finishing to the heat transfer tube, insertion, and driving rotation of the tool, and the feed and recovery of water for cleaning are effected through remote control from the outside of a water room. CONSTITUTION:A guide tube 14 is positioned to an object heat transfer fine tube 3 by means of guide device 12. A honing tool is inserted in the heat transfer fine tube 3 through the guide tube 14. By rotating the boning tool together with a flexible shaft 15 by means of a rotary driving mechanism, the inner surface of the heat transfer fine tube 3 is ground. By injecting water through the honing tool through the feed of water to the interior of the flexible shaft 15 by means of a water feeding mechanism, a ground surface is washed. As noted above, since finishing of cleaning of the heat fine tube is automatically performed through remote control, a worker is prevented from exposure, and the degree of finishing can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a molten brazing filler metal from staying in a brazing filler metal reservoir, and to expand a ratio by which said metal expands to a brazing gap, by covering at least the bottom face of the brazing filler metal reservoir with a material whose wettability to the brazing filler metal is bad, and also, whose melting point is higher than that of the brazing filler metal. CONSTITUTION:As for the bottom face of a brazing filler metal reservoir part 3, alumina, titanium oxide, and zirconium oxide of the same material as that of a flow stopper 7 are used, or these film are formed by coating by their application or thermal spraying. A sleeve which has been treated ion this way is inserted into a pipe, 1, and a brazing filler metal is melted by executing its brazing heating. The molten brazing filler metal expands into a narrow brazing gap 5 by a surface tension. In this way, the brazing quality can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make the detection of a leakage quick and easy by a method wherein a lattice type frame, provided with partitioned compartments capable of surrounding the outer diameters of respective cooling pipes respectively, is incorporated into the frame body of a detecting device and a metallic coil, capable of being red-heated by the conduction of an electric current, is provided in each partitioned compartment while respective coils are connected to external equipments through lead wires to change the flame color reaction of halogen gas, leaked into a cooling tube, into an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:In the titled detecting device 18, a lattice type frame 21, provided with partitioning compartments 20 surrounding the outer diameters of respective cooling pipes, is incorporated into the frame body 19 of the detecting device, abutted against the outside of a tube plate 6 and surrounding the ends of the cooling tubes 4, and metallic coils 22 of copper wires capable of being red-heated by the conduction of an electric current are provided in respective partitioning compartments 20 while respective metallic coils 22 are connected to external equipments through lead wires 23. Flame color reaction, in which the metallic coil 22 red-heated upon conducting electric current is contacted with halogen gas or Freon, for example, leaked from atmosphere into the cooling tube 4, and the color of the flame is changed into blue-green, is changed into an electric signal as a leakage signal while the signal can be read at the outside of the titled device.
