摘要： PURPOSE:To detect leakage quickly and easily with good accuracy by a method wherein the frame body of a detecting device is formed so as to be a lattice frame surrounding the ends of respective cooling tubes respectively and halogen detecting elements are incorporated into respective compartments through supporting tubes while an electric current is generated between the halogen detecting elements and the supporting tubes. CONSTITUTION:The frame body 21a of a detecting device 21 is formed so as to be a lattice frame, in which the partitioned compartments 21b surround the ends of respective cooling tubes when the frame body is applied to the outside of a tube plate and halogen detecting elements 18 are incorporated into respective compartments 21b through supporting tubes 19 while respective compartments 21b are connected to the outside of the titled device through lead wires 22. All of water chambers and the cooling tubes are kept in vacuum simultaneously and, thereafter, a predetermined amount of halogen gas is mixed into the steam side of a condenser in atmosphere. When there is leakage in the cooling tubes, the amount of an electric current conducted between an anode (halogen detecting element 18) and a cathode (supporting tube 19), which are in the compartment 21b at a position corresponding to the position of the leakage, is increased whereby the leakage is converted into an electric signal and is read at the outside of the titled device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce time and man-hours for inspection by a method wherein the titled device is equipped with a cooling water system, evacuating all of the system, a soap water injection nozzle, and a borescope or an industrial television camera for observing the foaming state of the surface of a tube plate and detecting the position of leakage. CONSTITUTION:The outlet and inlet pipe 18 of cooling water is closed by a blind plate 19 tightly and a water chamber 3 as well as a cooling pipe 4 are evacuated by a vacuum pump system 20. Soap water is injected from an injecting nozzle 22 at the tip end of an expandable tube 21 against a tube plate 7 to observe the foaming state of the surface of the tube plate 7 by a borescope 23 and inspect the leakage of the tube plate 7. The expandable tube 21 and the borescope 23 are traversable in horizontal direction. If a television is employed instead of the borescope 23, the camera 24 is attached to a pan head 25 and is used while expanding the field of the sight thereof in up-and-down direction by the expandable tube 21 and in horizontal and vertical directions by the pan head 25.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable automatic and speedy cleaning of heat exchanger tubes of a condenser, by using a simple lightweight winch for moving a carriage, and positioning a cleaning head by an articulated type arm. CONSTITUTION:A carriage 118 set on a guide rail 111 is vertically moved by a wire rope 116 and a winch 115, whereby the vertical position of the carriage 118 is generally determined. Then, first to third arms are swivelled to adjust a guide port of a cleaning head part 300 to the position of heat exchanger tubes 21, and a vertical shaft is moved to press the tip of the guide port against a tube plate 1. It is thereby possible to clean the heat exchanger tubes 21 of a condenser automatically, easily and speedily, and the title device is made light in weight and low in cost.

CONSTITUTION:In the titled detecting device 18, a lattice type frame 21, provided with partitioning compartments 20 surrounding the outer diameters of respective cooling pipes, is incorporated into the frame body 19 of the detecting device, abutted against the outside of a tube plate 6 and surrounding the ends of the cooling tubes 4, and metallic coils 22 of copper wires capable of being red-heated by the conduction of an electric current are provided in respective partitioning compartments 20 while respective metallic coils 22 are connected to external equipments through lead wires 23. Flame color reaction, in which the metallic coil 22 red-heated upon conducting electric current is contacted with halogen gas or Freon, for example, leaked from atmosphere into the cooling tube 4, and the color of the flame is changed into blue-green, is changed into an electric signal as a leakage signal while the signal can be read at the outside of the titled device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To effect efficient leakage detecting work by a method wherein a hot-wire anemometer, equipped with a coil type heat sensing unit with a diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of a cooling tube, is provided in an abutting box, abutted against the outside of a tube plate and obtain a vacuum condition in the box and the cooling tube. CONSTITUTION:An abutting box 18 is applied to the outside of a tube plate 6 to keep the inside of cooling tubes 4 and the abutting boxes at both sides of cooling tubes in a vacuum. The tip end coil type heat sensing unit 23 of a hot wire anemometer 22, sealed by a packing 21, is located in the abutting box 18 and the heat sensing unit 23 opposes to the outer diametral section 24 of the cooling tube 4 while the fluctuation in a voltage, which is generated in conjunction with the reduction of temperature due to inflow air when there is leakage, is amplified and is read at the outside of the box as the changing value of an electric current. The coil type heat sensing unit 23 is constituted so as to be capable of traversing on the tube plate 6 while sliding along the packing 21. The degree of vacuum is not constant, therefore, another sealed chamber 26 which shields the periphery thereof from leaked air and another hot-wire anemometer 22' are prepared separately to compare the measured values of these two hot wire amemometers 22, 22'.

By such constitution, since the generation ratio of magnetic repulsive force generated between the permanent magnet 123 and the electromagnet 113 is made larger than the generation ratio of magnetic attraction force even during the rotation of the impeller 20, the impeller 20 is floated during its rotation. The waveform synchronization controller 10 is further connected to a rotational pulse transmitter 13 provided in proximity to the shaft of a fan driving motor 12. The control sound emitted from the control speaker 7 to original sound collected by the control microphone 8 is controlled to be of opposite phase to the original sound but of the same sound pressure level, and the composite sound of each intake chamber 3 is mutually cancelled to perform sound reduction.
