    • PURPOSE:To prevent a body from being damaged due to an unexpected accident by applying the constitution wherein a coupler so installed horizontally at the wheel end side of a cushion body as to be capable of oscillation is positioned in such a way as to be housed in the body, while the the coupler is so connected to the end of a coupling drum having a contact piece at the forward end thereof as to be capable of oscillation as well. CONSTITUTION:A coupler 5 is normally housed within a body, and a coupling drum 2 itself or a contact piece 2 fitted thereto is positioned at the end of the body. In this state, even if vehicles collide with each other or a stop, a body load is absorbed by a rubber cushion 1 via the aforesaid contact piece 12, thereby preventing the damage of the body. In this case, the contact piece 12 is provided inside the end of the body and a cover 18 constituting the front end of the body can be easily changed. It follows, therefore, that the damage, if any, can be minimized.

    • PURPOSE:To enable on-off getting to be safely further promptly attained of a passenger riding in a wheelchair on a platform by providing a conveyer truck, loading the wheelchair, in a position corresponding to a stopped vehicle gate of the platform and a crossing plate over the vehicle gate in a point end part of the conveyer truck. CONSTITUTION:By a command from a boarding indicator 5, a conveyer truck 6 is moved to a boarding port from a standby position, opening a movement preventing plate 10, and a passenger manipulates a wheelchair 12 riding in the truck 6. The indicator 5 is operated, performing storage of the preventing plate 10 and fixing action of the wheelchair 12, and the passenger waits till a vehicle 1 is stopped. Next the vehicle 1 is advanced in a line to a platform 18, when the vehicle is stopped in a stop position, a crew 2 opens a door 17 different from an on-off getting door for an ordinary passenger. Under this condition, the truck 6 detects the door 17 for its opened condition, moving to a side of the vehicle 1, and a crossing plate 11 is rolled and linked to a gate in a position where the truck 6 approaches the vehicle 1 in the shortest distance. Next the passenger on the wheelchair 12 rides in the vehicle 1, and closing the door by operation of the crew 2, the truck 6, detecting the door 17 to be closed, is retracted to the standby position.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the noise generated from a coupler by constructing the title device of a connecting shaft with a flange formed at its intermediate part, a precompressed rubber buffer fitted at the connecting shaft and a vertical pin with a rubber bush for coupling the title device with each car body. CONSTITUTION:A vertical pin 4 for coupling both ends of a rod type coupler 3 with a coupler receiver 2 is vertically disposed in its center axis and formed of a ring 19 and a rubber bush provided by vulcanizing adhesion. A cylindrical buffer 5 is provided with ringular rubber buffers 9a, 9b in its interior; and the one end of the buffer 5 is formed with smaller outer diameter as a coupling end 14, and a hole for inserting the vertical pin 4 is provided at its end part. A flange 10 formed approximately at the center part of a connecting shaft 11 is positioned between the ringular rubber buffers 9a, 9b, and the connecting shaft 11 is disposed with both its ends piercing through the ringular rubber buffers 9a, 9b. A screw 18 is further formed at the end part of the connecting shaft 11, a guide ring 15 is screwed with the screw 18, and a cylinder 16 with a slidable guide ring 15 is fittingly provided inside the coupling end 14.
