A tension force from the flange 2a of the beam 2 is dispersed to the metal 3 the bolts 4 the flange 1a of the column 1 the web 1b of the column 1 and also to the metal 3 the bolts 4 the flange 1a of the column 1 the strip 7 the other flange 1a of the column 1. The concentration of stress on the web 1b can thus be avoided.
