Inference sections 8a, 8b,... communicate mutually through communication control sections 7a, 7b,... and the communication transmitter 3 according to procedures stored in data base sections 9a, 9b,... thus effecting coordination function with no assist of the central computer 2. Consequently, the load does not concentrate to the central computer and each distributed computer regulates the power flow distribution based on self- judgment, resulting in the improvement of controllability and highly reliable operation.

    • PURPOSE:To attain the automation and rapid operation of forecasting work and to improve the accuracy of forecasts by converting various experiences and knowledge into knowledge bases and using the knowledge base for inference to execute statistic processing. CONSTITUTION:Data necessary for a forecast are inputted from an input part 15. An inference mechanism 13 selectively controls knowledge necessary for the control knowledge 141 of a knowledge base part 14. In the initial processing, the input data are judged, weekday reference forecasting knowledge 142 or specific day reference forecasting knowledge 143 is selected in accordance with a weekday or a specific day on the forecasting day and selects a forecasting system based upon the selected knowledge. Then, forecasting value calculating processing is executed based upon the selected forecasting system. The forecasting value calculating processing calculates the post data stored in an actual data part 12 based upon the selected forecasting value calculating processing. When necessary, the forecasted value is corrected by correction knowledge held by forecasted value correcting knowledge 144. Finally, the forecasted value is evaluated by evaluation knowledge 145. The obtained evaluation value of the forecasted value (f) is outputted to an outputted part 16 and displayed.
