That is, the host computer 11 manages a video data base by a tree expression consisting of a node and a branch, and designates video data for executing an arbitrary retrieval by the first and the second means. By a general view and a partial enlarged view of the tree expression, the retrieval process and the present retrieval position, etc. are displayed on a display 12 of the host computer 11, and a user can monitor momentarily a retrieving state.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simply detect the failure temperature rise of a gas insulated apparatus, by holding a sensing substance discharging a gaseous product of neutral at a prescribed temperature to a holder provided near or in contact with the power conducting part in an insulating gas. CONSTITUTION:When a current flows to a conductor 32 via a slider 4 from a conductor 31, if the contact resistance of a contact part 42 is increased due to various causes and abnormal temperature rise is caused due to the increase in heat, the temperature in a tank 6 rises. When the temperature reaches a prescribed temperature a metallic carboxylate 62 in the tank 6 is thermally decomposed and gaseous carbon dioxide is discharged, and this discharged gas is mixed uniformly in an insulating gas through convection and diffusion. The gaseous carbon dioxide once decomposed is left as a carrier without being adsorbed to an adsorbing member which adsorbs decomposed products due to arc of gaseous SF6 and water content, then the presence or absence of a failure can be known quantitatively by analyzing a few amount of gas from an intake 8 at the occasion of periodic inspection.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent simultaneous disconnection of two buses by providing two bus-tie circuit breakers and interruting fault current through one circuit breaker upon occurrence of trouble in the other circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION:A bus-tie circuit breaker 9 comprises two circuit breakers 91, 92 and when a trouble occurs in the circuit breaker 91 which is in the operating range of a bus B protective relay, interruption commands are fed to a feeder circuit breaker 4 connected with the bus B and the bus-tie circuit breaker 9 so that only the bus B is disconnected from the system by means of the feeder circuit breaker 4 and the other circuit breaker 92 thus preventing simultaneous disconnection of both buses A, B. Upon occurrence of fault in the way of transformers 5 for two bus-tie circuit breakers 5, the fault point appears to be within the protective ranges 7, 8 of the buses A, B but the fault current is bypassed and simultaneous disconnection of the buses A, B is prevented. Consequently, any one of the buses A, B is connected continuously even when fault occurs at the bus-tie section thus enabling continuous operation of the bus.

Judging from sizes of the CC and BC being manufactured at present, it is impossible to arrange CC2 in the space inside of BC6 except tuning unit 66, thereby making great miniaturization possible. Further, since the external electrode of CC2 is a the same potential as high-tension-side terminal 2c, stray capacity 5, which becomes a leak path from the middle of element 2a to tank 47, becomes a small value (approximate 20PF).
