摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the construction period for constructing a building and for the carrying-in and installation of machinery. CONSTITUTION:A steel frame of a turbine building 1 is formed from a plurality of movable, divided large steel frame blocks B and each of the blocks B is prepared by stacking a plurality of small steel frames (b). For assembling the small blocks (b), predetermined machineries are incorporated thereinto and the blocks (b) are stacked at an erection area 4 adjacent to a location where the building 1 is to be constructed to assemble the block B. On the other hand, a specified turbine base 10 is constructed on a foundation in parallel with the assembling work. At a predetermined construction time, machineries are carried in and installed on a part of the base 10 beforehand. Further the block B having been assembled is moved from the area 4 to the location adjacent to the area 4, and finally the assembling of the blocks B having been divided is completed at the area 4 and the blocks B are moved and joined together to construct the whole steel frame of the building 1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of construction by a method wherein a plurality of cotters for preventing the occurrence of shear displacement formed on the surface, where cast-in-place concrete is placed, of a board of PC concrete are formed such that the more a shearing stress in a horizontal direction is higher, the more a distance between the cotters is decreased. CONSTITUTION:Cast-in-place concrete is placed on a board 10 made of precast concrete on the surface of which a plurality of cotters (protrusions) 11 for preventing the occurrence of shear displacement are formed to build a synthetic floor S. A distance between the adjoining cotters 11 formed on the board 10 made of PC concrete is more decreased at a part 10b where a shearing stress in a horizontal direction is high than a distance between the cotters at a part 10a where the shearing stress is low. A shearing proof strength is increased without increasing a floor thickness. This constitution relieves a concrete amount and saves the cost of construction.

The button head 13 eliminates cutting of the surplus length of the end part of the stretching material 12.

CONSTITUTION:When a wire gauge 20 is embedded in a PICOS sheet 10, longitudinal iron wires 21 paralleling a PC steel rod 15 and lateral iron wires 22 are assembled in a latticeform manner and contacts are electrically welded. The wire gauge 20 is placed in forms of the PICOS sheet 10 so as to provide given protection. The PC steel rods 15 are placed on the wire gauge 20. Further, reinforcing bars are arranged on the PC steel rods 15, and concrete is placed in the forms. After the concrete is cured, the one end of the PC steel rod 15 is anchored to a concrete plate 11, a stretching device is mounted on the other end, and a prestress is applied. Thereafter, the stretching device is removed and the other end is anchored to the concrete plate 11.

Then, a position of a column suspending jig 1 is slightly lowered than a suspending and bearing state of the PC column 2 to be in a state having no suspension load. An air cylinder 9 is operated through a control section 13 by radio operation to project a rod 12, and the pin 7 is pulled out from the pin interlocking hole 18. According to the constitution, the working and safety are enhanced, and the execution cost can reduced.
