SOLUTION: A progress management server 3 is provided having a construction work progress management database 1 storing lighting work progress information and data on the luminaires used for the lighting work. The method for managing the progress of the lighting work uses the management server 3 to manage the progress of the lighting work. The management server 3 includes a progress database for storing the lighting work progress information indicative of the progress of the lighting work which is inputted by the orderer of the lighting work. and a luminaire database for storing the luminaire data inputted by the manufacturer of the luminaires used for the lighting work.     • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of interference between a cable tray and a fluid piping and perform cooling of the cable by means of fluid in a piping part by a method wherein the piping part comprising a closed space in a semicircle in cross section is integrally formed below the cable laying surface of the cable tray. CONSTITUTION:A cable tray 1 has a plurality of cables 3 laid therein and is designed to support and protect the cables. In this case, the cable tray 1 is formed in a recessed shape in cross section and a piping part 2 formed in a semicircular shape in cross section is integrally formed below the cable laying surface. Fluid 4 having an atmospheric pressure at a normal temperature at which an adverse influence is not exercised on the cable 3 is caused to flow through the piping part 2. Namely, drain discharged from various devices is utilized as the fluid 4. After the drain is caused to flow through a drain pipe 5 to the piping part 2, it is forced to flow through a drain hole 6 to a vertical distributing water pipe 7 and flow through a drain spigot 8 to a drainage buried pipe 9. This constitution causes mainly prevention of interference between the cable tray 1 and the fluid piping.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the blocking and releasing of a water channel to be certainly performed with safety by setting a suspending beam for moving down into the recessed section of a gate main-body and suspending the gate main-body with a suspending hook to be hooked to the body from the lower section. CONSTITUTION:By using a guide groove 3, a suspending beam 11 is permitted to come in close contact with a gate main-body 4 set in a water channel 1, from the upper side. After that, the suspending hook 8 of the main body 4 is pushed downward by the L-shaped hook 12 of the beam 11 and starts rotating with the center of a hinge 14. After that, when the hook 12 is sufficiently moved down into the recessed section 9 of the main body 4, then the hook 12 is positionally shifted from the rotating area of the hook 8, and the hook 8 is returned to an original horizontal position. Besides, when the beam 11 is moved upward, when the hook 8 and the hook 12 are put together, and along with moving the beam 11 upward, the main body 4 is moved upward.

Further, a bypass piping 13 for reducing pressure which is equipped with a manual operating valve 10 is installed into a bypass part, bypassing the solenoid valve. Further, a piping 14 for initial pressurization which is equipped with a pressurizing valve 9 is branched from the upstream part of the maintenance valve 6.
