    • PURPOSE:To provide a communication use high performance filter having a low loss and a broad band characteristic by solving a problem of impedance mis-matching of the surface acoustic wave resonator composite filter comprising plural surface acoustic wave resonators. CONSTITUTION:An impedance matching circuit 8 including inductive elements 10-1-10-4 is inserted to an electric connecting point in the inside of the surface acoustic wave resonator composite filter. Number of the inserted matching circuits 8 or their location is optionally selected. The selection is optimized by taking the relation of the filter configuration or its characteristic and specification into account. A can type or surface mount type package or the like with a connection terminal to the matching circuit 8 thereto is used for the mount of the surface acoustic wave resonator composite filter having the internal matching circuit 8. Since the matching state in the inside of the filter is improved as a result, the communication use high performance filter having a low loss and a broad band characteristic is realized.

    • A liquid crystal display panel is composed of a plate of ferroelectric material, a group of electrodes arranged in a first direction on one surface of the plate, a second group of electrodes arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction on a second surface of the plate, dielectric films disposed on the first group of electrodes, intermediate electrodes the main part of which is situated on each of the dielectric films and the side part of which is situated on a second surface of the plate opposite each of the second group of electrodes. A transparent substrate is arranged opposite the second surface of the plate, a third group of electrodes are arranged on the transparent substrate opposite and parallel to each of the second group of electrodes and means is provided for connecting each of the second group of electrodes to each of the third group of electrodes which is opposite to the former, and a liquid crystal is interposed between the transparent substrate and the plate.
