摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a mechanical seal from being damaged by connecting a cleaning fluid feeding device to a cleaning fluid filling hole provided in a casing between a mechanical seal unit part an an oil seal unit part. CONSTITUTION:When a valve 34 and pressure control valves 38 and 39 are opened in washing, a cleaning fluid in a cleaning pot 35 flows into a space 41 between an oil seal 4 and a mechanical seal 5. In this case, the pressure control valves 38 and 39 are so opened that a pressure in the cleaning fluid pot 35 may be increased higher than that in a vessel and a pressure in a shaft seal fluid pot 31 may be increased further. By this, the cleaning fluid in the space 41 flows into the internal side of the vessel, but will not flow into a shaft seal chamber 12. Accordingly, though the TEG liquid solution of high temperature and low viscosity in the vessel reaches near the oil seal 4 through a screw seal 3, the hot solution 21 in the vessel will not come in contact with the oil seal 4 and the mechanical seal 5 since the cleaning fluid of room temperature flows out of the oil seal 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance and inspection and to attain temperature control of a rotary shaft by mounting a sleeve, which has a recessed part in an internal surface, fluid communication holes from the recessed part to an external surface and a seal member in both ends, to the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 21, which has a recessed space part in an internal surface, is mounted to a rotary shaft 2, while an O ring 22 is mounted to both ends of the sleeve 21, and a fluid chamber part 3 is constituted of an external surface of the rotary shaft 2, recessed part in the internal surface of the sleeve 21 and the O rings 22. A ring 8 is fixed to the sleeve 21 by drive pins 9, and fluid inlet and outlet holes 10 and 11 are drilled in the ring 8 so as to tilt in equal and opposite directions to a direction of rotation of the rotary shaft 2 further so as to respectively communicate with the fluid chamber part 3 and a shaft seal part 13. By the constitution such obtained, when any foreign matter infiltrates and any stain adheres to the fluid chamber part 3, its maintenance can be easily performed by removing the sleeve 21 from the rotary shaft 2 so as to wash the recessed part in the internal surface of the sleeve 21, external surface of the rotary shaft 2 and the O rings 22.

A stop valve 15 holds the air-tightness of the grease chamber 3, and grease is supplied from a part of this grease chamber.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the lubricating oil from local heating by providing the screw sleeve which works as a supply passage of the bearing lubricating oil and has oil circulating function, and providing a cooling jacket on the inner side of the bearing cover of nonmoving part. CONSTITUTION:The jacket 7 having cooling function for lubricating oil is provided on the inner side of the bearing cover 1 of nonmoving part, and a cooling liquid is flowed to cool the lubricating oil. As for an oil sending function for lubricating oil, a screw sleeve 6 is provided on the outer periphery of shaft between a bearing 5 and the shaft end to circulate the lubricating oil. The oil sending is carried out by the tooth height parts of the screw sleeve 6 and the reverse flow of oil is occurred in the space between the outer periphery of screw and the jacket 7 provided on the inner side of the bearing cover 1. In this case, the lubricating oil between the shaft end part and the bearing cover 1 is flowed by the revolving blades 9 provided on a pressing plate 8 revolved with the shaft.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect initial abnormality of a mechanical seal by providing a construction made up of the mechanical seal wherein at least either a fixed seat or a rotary ring is made of carbon, a turbidity sensor arranged on a shaft seal chamber or a shaft oscillation liquid pipe line system, and a turbidity display device. CONSTITUTION:When obstruction occurs on a mechanical seal and carbon of a fixed seat 3 or a rotary ring 4 is abnormally abraded, the carbon is dissolved into shaft seal liquid 6 to increase the turbidity of the liquid 6. Output of a turbidity sensor 11 is changed accordingly. When the value thereof exceeds a certain value, a turbidity display device 12 lights an abnormality warning lamp 15 to notice the abnormality occurrence of the mechanical seal. The initial abnormality of the mechanical seal can be detected at the stage where the abnormal abrasion of the fixed seat 3 or the rotary ring 4 starts. Same effect can be obtained when the turbidity sensor 11 is installed on a pipe line 7.

A grease nipple 7 is fitted on the outer surface of the lubricant box 3 and grease poured into by a grease gan is entered in a space portion provided between the lubricant box 3 and the outer cylinder 1. It is thereby unnecessary to temporarily stop the rotation for pouring lubricant. Thus, the deterioration of a product can be prevented so that the improvement of the quality of the product can be attempted.

SOLUTION: Upper and lower rectangular frames are connected to each other in an agitation tank. From the top of the tank, a liquid to be treated is fed into the tank, and a highly viscous liquid is withdrawn from the bottom of the tank. The agitation is performed by rotating the connected upper and lower rectangular frames. Since the agitation by the rotation of frames can dispense with the an actual shaft as a center of rotation, a highly viscous liquid can be agitated at good efficiency.

The user charges the waste from the feed port 2.
