    • PURPOSE:To certainly perform the generation and charging of an ink particle and to make it possible to shorten a required time, by a method wherein nozzle exciting condition optimiz ing main operation is performed prior to starting recording and, subsequently, recording is performed and, next,a part of nozzle exciting condition optimizing fine correction operation and the recording of an image block are successively performed, and the performing of record ing and that of nozzle exciting condition optimizing fine correction operation are alternately repeated. CONSTITUTION:Nozzle exciting condition optimizing main operation is carried out prior to actual recording operation. Next, a recording signal from a recording signal source 15 is applied to control electrodes 4a, 4b through an electrode change-over circuit 11 and a switching circuit 14 to carry out actual recording. When the recording of one image block or a predetermined block is performed, the finish of recording is detected by an image block recording finish discriminating means C. A nozzle exciting condition optimizing fine correction means B is started and at least a part of nozzle exciting condition optimizing fine correction operation is carried out and, after the nozzle exciting condition optimizing fine adjustment operation between image blocks is finished, the recording of the next image block is performed. The recording of one picture is finished while the image block recording operation and the nozzle exciting condition optimizing fine correction operation mentioned above are repeated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control plurality of small size high frequency transformers with the driving circuit of a single inverter, to easily make its handling operation and to make the installing space small by connecting inputting sides of plurality of transformers of an equal turn ratio of the inputting side and the outputting side to the outputting end of an inverter circuit, and installing a rectifying circuit at each outputting side of the transformers. SOLUTION: A high frequency alternating current voltage outputted from an inverter circuit 3 is stepped down to a voltage suitable for welding with high frequency transformers 4a, 4b, converted to direct current with rectifying circuits 21a, 21b, and it is supplied to terminals 23, 24. The high frequency transformers 4a, 4b are made to flow with the current so that the output voltages are made equally, respectively, because the high frequency transformers 4a, 4b have the same specification in this executing state, so 1/2 of welding current is made respectively to flow to the output side turn wire and the rectifying circuits 21a, 21b of the high frequency transformers 4a, 4b. In the high frequency transformer 4, the value of the inside impedance is dispersed caused on the dispersion of the production time, further, in a diode, the value of forward direction voltage step-down is dispersed, however, there is practically no problems.

    • PURPOSE:To permit a recording medium and a recording to be protected easily by providing an attachment by which to attach a protector for protecting the recording medium and the recording. CONSTITUTION:A tank 7 stores a protecting material for a recording paper and a recording formed on the paper, e.g., a protecting liquid prepared by dissolving a high polymer in a solvent. When recording by recording heads 3a-3d is ended and the end portion 2E of the recording is detected by an end sensor 5, the detected signal is put in a control circuit 12, and on the basis of the signal, a fixed pressure pump 8 is driven by a drive circuit 9 to open a valve 10. The protective liquid is then jetted from a nozzle 11 onto a recording paper 2; and on the other hand, the attachment to attach the heads 3a-3d begins to return to the opposite direction to arrow mark X to turn a rotary drum 1 at an adequate speed. When an aperture (g) where no recording paper 2 is present is directed in a place in the face of the nozzle 1 for every turning, it is detected by a region sensor 6, and on the basis of the detection signal, the control circuit 12 closes a valve 10 and interrupts the jetting of the protective liquid at the moment the aperture (g) passes.

    • PURPOSE:To brighten a color tone in a low gradation area and besides, to smooth variation in a color tone according to a gradation level by a method wherein for the number of striking of black dots, an increase of the number of dots corresponding to a gradation level signal is restrained in the low gradation area, and the increase of the number of dots corresponding to the gradation level signal is enlarged in a high gradation area. CONSTITUTION:For a threshold matrix for black 1, a unit area corresponding to one pixel is divided into 4X4 matrixes, and a threthold Tij is established to each of then. Then, power is applied thereto, and a gradation level signal Vij is inputted to a comparator 2. The comparator 2 compares the gradation level signal Vij with the threshold Tij of a threshold matrix 3 and only when it is larger than the threshold Tij corresponding to the threshold matrix 1, a recording signal is generated. Herein, since it is so set that as the threshold Tij grows higher, an increment becomes less, the number of increased dots per one gradation level grows larger as the gradation level signal Vij becomes higher. Thereby, a color lightens in a low gradation area, and a recording image of smooth variation in the color toner can be obtained in the all gradation area.
