摘要： A diagnosis apparatus for making a diagnosis of a valve device in a turbine system comprises at least one of a pressure sensor for sensing hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic cylinder for driving a valve body of the valve device and a position sensor for sensing the displacement of the valve body, and a processing device for processing the output signal from the abovementioned at lease one sensor. The processing device has an offset computing device which receives a signal representing the actual operating state of the valve device obtained on the basis of the output signal from the at least one sensor and a signal corresponding to a reference value obtained under the normal operating state of the valve device. The offset computing device is operable to compute the offset between the signals received thereto. A judging device is provided for judging as to whether or not there is a symptom of stick in the valve device, in accordance with the output signal from the offset computing device.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect a trouble of a turbine main valve, by mounting a stroke sensor and full-open and full-close limit switches to a valve stem and providing a processor device in which abnormality of a valve stroke characteristic is watched, diagnosed and displayed. CONSTITUTION:A stroke sensor 92 and full-open and full-close limit switches 51, 52 and test device switch 48 are provided to a valve rod. A signal of each switch 51, 52, 48 is input to a digital input circuit 41, and an output signal of a signal converter 55 is input to an analog input circuit 40. A microcomputer 42 obtains a standard stroke time curve from the opening and closing time and actually measured stroke time curve, and a sign of valve sticking is judged from the deviation, then a trouble is detected. A processing result of the computer 42 is output to a display lamp 45, printer 46 and CRT display device 47. In this way, the troubles in a turbine main valve can be detected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To diagnose with sensitivity and accuracy whether or not there is a sign of slight trouble of a stop valve unit, by providing a sensor for detecting the opening and closing motion of the valve element of the stop valve unit and by processing the output signal of the sensor to judge whether the opening and closing motion is proper or not. CONSTITUTION:A main steam stop valve unit has a valve portion A which is opened and closed through a valve spindle 6 by a driving portion C made of a hydraulic cylinder. A position sensor 53 for detecting the motion of the valve spindle and the valve 4 of the valve unit and limit switches 51, 52 for detecting the fully open and entirely closed positions of the valve 4 are provided. The outputs of these detectors 51-53 are entered into a microcomputer not shown in the drawing. The electric output signal of the sensor 53 is stored in the microcomputer at every prescribed sampling period. Every time that the electric signal of the sensor 53 is received, it is compared with the preceding signal to judge and indicate whether the opening and closing action of the valve unit is proper not or not.

摘要： PURPOSE:To correctly diagnose a sign of a trouble in a turbine valve, in a valve opening and closing device of a turbine, by driving a valve main unit with a driving medium, detecting pressure of the driving medium with a sensor and providing said sensor and a stroke sensor of the valve main unit. CONSTITUTION:Pressure of a driving medium, driving a valve main unit, is detected by a pressure sensor 70, and valve full-open and full-close limit switches 51, 52 and test device switch 48 are provided. A microcomputer 42 compares a reference characteristic value of driving medium pressure with an actually measured characteristic value to decide existence of abnormality in opening and closing action of the valve main unit. A processing result of the computer 42 is output to a display lamp 45, printer 46 and CRT display device 47. In this way, existence of a sign of a slight fault in an open-close valve device of a turbine can be sensitively further correctly diagnosed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To forecast indications of a fault and to prevent occurrence of an accident, by executing a full stroke operation of a valve, deriving a necessary time, an actually measured stroke curve and a reference strock curve based on said curve, and deciding an abnormal state by a deviation of both curves. CONSTITUTION:A stroke sensor 53, a fully opened detector 51 of a valve and a fully closed detector 52 and installed to a valve rod, and a position of the valve is detected. These outputs are inputted to an operating device 42 through a signal transducer 55 and a digital inputting circuit 41, and an acutally measured stroke curve 21 is derived. Subsequently, a reference stroke curve 22 is derived by deriving a reference stroke from a prescribed calculating expression at every constant sampling interval. A deviation of both these curves is compared with a criterion by a deviation comparator provided in the device 42, and when it has exceeded the criterion, it is decided that these are indications of stick, therefore, a fault of the valve is forecast beforehand and occurrence of an accident is prevented.
