    • PURPOSE:To perform stable illumination even when light quantity of a light sensor is suddenly changed by providing a hysteresis circuit and a delay circuit. CONSTITUTION:Circuit power is supplied from a battery 1, and circuit protection and action stabilization are performed by a power supply circuit 3. a current at an optical sensor 2 is converted into a voltage to be inputted to a lighting/ lighting off determination circuit 4 provided with hysteresis, and when the voltage signal is less than a specified voltage, a voltage of 0V is outputted to a delay circuit 5 to put a relay 6 on immediately for lighting an illuminating lamp 17. When the inputted voltage signal into the circuit is the specified voltage or more, a voltage of 5V is outputted to the circuit 5, and only in the case where this output continues for a specified delay time or more, the relay 6 gets off to light off the illuminating lamp 7. In the meanwhile, the set specified delay time is changed as a capacitor capacity inside the circuit 5 changes. Stable illumination is thus provided even when light quantity of a light sensor is suddenly changed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerating device for antifreeze capable of performing cleaning action for a reverse osmotic membrane by automatically judging the lowering of the function of the reverse osmotic membrane during the antifreeze regenerating operation. SOLUTION: A 1st rout for performing the regeneration of the antifreeze, a 2nd rout for cleaning the reverse osmotic membrane with water and a 3rd rout for cleaning with a chemical are provided and when it is discriminated by a signal from an electrical conductivity meter provided in an ion exchange resin 6 that the ion exchange resin reaches the life during the regeneration working, it is judged that the function of the osmotic membrane 5 is lowered and the cleaning rout is automatically switched to the 2nd and the 3rd rout. Since the reverse osmotic membrane 5 is automatically cleaned when the function of the reverse osmotic membrane 5 is lowered in the regeneration working of the antifreeze, the lowering of the function of the reverse osmotic membrane 5 is accurately judged, the switching work to the cleaning rout by manual is made needless and the efficiency of the regeneration of the antifreeze is improved.
