    • PURPOSE:To control vertical movement by vibration and prevent failure due to the twisting of a bearing in the brush side based on vibration during transfer by inserting an elastic holding body into a clearance in the circumferential direction where a housing in the stator side is provided opposed to the output side of rotor. CONSTITUTION:A motor 1 has a housing 2 and it is mounted and fixed to a body 3 with a bolt. The other end is provided with a stator 4 and a bracket 5 fixed with bolts 6. A field coil 8 and a magnetic pole 9 are mounted to the internal circumference of the stator 4, while the bracket 5 is provided with a bearing 11 of an armature 10. Moreover, a shaft 101 of the armature 10 is spline-processed at the end part for engagement with a shaft 31 supported by a bearing in the side of the body 3. An holding device 12 consisting of an elastic material is inserted into the clearance between the housing 2 and the shaft 101 at the time of transfer and actual transfer is carried out under the temporary fixing condition. Thereby, although the area between the housing 2 and external circumference of the shaft 101 is not held by a bearing during transfer of the motor, a motor is protected from damage even if the motor is moved in vertical due to the vibration.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain strong attraction and almost linear stable characteristic by chamfering a steel ball attracting surface so that the point of intersection with a taper from the taper extension line to have a diameter less than the steel ball diameter. CONSTITUTION:A coil 15 is electrified and stopped with a certain cycle by a signal from a driving part. At electrifying, a steel ball 5 is attracted from a fixed valve part 4 side to a fixed magnetic pole 7 side. At this time, the taper part 9 provided on the fixed magnetic pole 7 is formed into wrapping in shape against the steel ball 5, and hence a large contact area and strong attraction is obtained. Further, because of the wrapping form, the air gap G between the outer circumference of the steel ball 5 and the fixed magnetic pole 7 is nearly constant, and strong and stable attraction is obtained. Further by providing a chamfered part 10, leakage of magnetic flux to a yoke 3 is prevented and effective attraction is insured. Hereby even at operation of high hydraulic pressure, oil pressure is linearly controlled and stable characteristic can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:In a solenoid where coils 6 and 7 are wound on a bobbin 5 made of insulating material, and projections 9 are provided at the lead parts of the coils 6 and 7, and conductor plates 2 are mounted on the projections 9, the bobbin part 5 and the projection part 9 are separated, and besides the projection part 9 is made hollow. For example, in the assembling work, the retaining coil and the attracting coil 7 wound on the bobbin 5 are erected in the direction of lead connection, and for the coil rise part, the insulation is maintained by the cylindrical projection 9 of a cap bobbin 8 made of resin. Moreover, the cylindrical projection 9 corresponds to the contact recess 15 installed in the contact case 10 made of resin, and further a similar bobbin recess 16 is provided in the bobbin 5 too, and it corresponds to the cap bobbin recess 17, whereby the breaking of a wire is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To provide stabilized characteristics by furnishing a groove both in a fixed magnetic pole and a non-magnetic member, and allowing the non- magnetic member to move as in a single piece with a moving magnetic pole at all times when it is in operation. CONSTITUTION:When current supply to a coil 13 and a break thereof are repeated at certain intervals according to signals from a drive part, a moving magnetic pole 5 is attracted to a fixed magnetic pole 9 during the current being supplied and separated therefrom during break by a return spring 11. The flow of oil in this process is as shown by the arrow 14, i.e., it passes through a notch 15 in a non-magnetic substance washer 10 and a gutter 16 in the fixed magnetic pole 9 to be drained. When transfer to the valve opening action is made, the oil having passed through the gutter 16 and notch 15 provided in the non-magnetic washer 10 and fixed magnetic pole 9 works as an interposition to separate the two, and valve closing is achieved in a short while.
