摘要： An air fuel ratio detecting arrangement using a diffusion suppressing type air fuel ratio sensor applicable to an air fuel ratio control unit for an internal combustion engine incorporating an atmospheric air pressure correction circuit in a signal processing and outputting device for correcting an output voltage signal processed therein based on a change in atmospheric air pressure which is detected when a predetermined operating condition of an internal combustion engine is satisfied. A secular change correction circuit included in the signal processing and outputting device detects a change in electromotive force of a concentration cell portion of the air fuel ratio sensor when a predetermined rich air fuel ratio is reached and corrects a reference voltage for the air fuel ratio sensor based on the detected change in electromotive force of the concentration cell portion in addition to an air calibration circuit.

摘要： A capacitance detector comprises switches for charging and discharging a sensing part, an integrator constituted by a condenser and an operational amplifier for integrating a charging current or a discharging current which is generated according to the charging and discharging the sensing part, a switch for charging an output voltage of the operational amplifier and for feedbacking an electric charge to the integrator, and a condenser. The capacitance detector can be provided by the operational amplifier having a low response performance and a small output current and no hold sample circuit, thereby a circuit scale of the capacitance type sensor can be made small.

摘要： A physically effective magnitude, e.g. an electrostatic capacitance, is generated by an accelerometer element (1) on the basis of an acceleration. A downstream circuit (20, 20A) generating an alternating signal, such as, for example, a capacitance/frequency converter which is realised by means of ring oscillators, for example, inverts the physically effective magnitude into an alternating signal ((1), (3)), which represents the acceleration. The accelerometer element (1) is part of the ring oscillator (20, 20A) as one of its components, and therefore determines the characteristics of the output signal ((1), (3)) of the converter.

摘要： A sensor whose output signal is dependent on changes in electrical capacity is used for measuring the relevant physical parameters in e.g. acceleration or pressure responsive detectors. The detector itself comprises the three switches (1,3,5), the capacitors (4,6), amplifier (7) and the variable sensing capacitor (2) whose capactive changes result in an analogue output voltage. The switches (1,3,5) operate cyclically and in synchronism to charge and discharge the sensing capacitor (2) and the integrating circuit (6,7) provides a smooth voltage representation of the variable being monitored.

A mobile electrode section is composed of the electrode 5, a beam 14 supporting the electrode 5, and weight fixing sections 20 and 21. When the gaps between the electrode (weight) 5 and glass plates 22 and 23 change due to impressed acceleration, the capacitance between the fixed electrodes 24 and 25 changes. Therefore, the acceleration can be recognized from the magnitude of the change.
