Thereby, it is possible to respond to the change of the supporting constitution of a road beacon transmitter and the addition of an accessory on a transmitter main body.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a battery from being consumed excessively by a method wherein the reduction of an ACC power supply voltage to a value less than a predetermined value is detected by an ACC power supply voltage detecting means and a control signal is sent to a switching means to put an audio circuit OFF when the ACC power supply voltage is reduced to a value lower than the predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:An ACC power supply voltage V is detected by a detecting voltage setting circuit 1a and is inputted into a time constant setting circuit 1b. The output of the time constant setting circuit 1b is inputted into the base of a transistor 1c1 of an output driving circuit 1c to put the transistor 1c1 ON. Accordingly, another transistor 1c2 is put OFF. When the ACC power supply voltage becomes lower than a predetermined value, the output of the time constant setting circuit 1b is reduced and the driving circuit 1c is operated. In this case, the transistor 1c1 is put OFF and the transistor 1c2 is put ON while the other transistor 2a of a power supply circuit 2 becomes OFF and a relay 2b is put OFF. According to this operation, an audio circuit unit 5 is separated forcibly from the ACC power supply voltage V.

Signals of the GPS, radio wave beacon, and light beam, etc., sent and received by the head unit 4 are connected to a control unit 8 through a coaxial cable 5. In the control unit 8, an amplifier 6 and a data decoder 7 for GPS are provided.

CONSTITUTION:A hand grip 17, a receiver 20, an operation switch 21, and a fuel tank 22 are provided, the receiver 20 is fixed on the fuel tank 22 of the two-wheeled vehicle by a belt 4, and the operation switch 21 is arranged at the grip 17 of the handlebars. The operation switch 21 consists of buttons (a) and (b), connection jacks for the operation switch 21 and receiver 20, and a band for fitting the operation switch. Thus, the operation switch 21 is arranged nearby the grip of the handlebars, so the driver can operate the receiver 20 without putting the hand off the handlebars. For example, even while the two-wheeled vehicle travels on a highway, the receiver 20 can be operated in safety. The operation switch 21 is arranged preferably nearby the grip for the left hand since the grip for the right hand is rotated in wrist so as to operate the accelerator.

Mutual connecting terminals 14a, 14b, and 14c are inserted into non-soldering holes 21, board connecting terminals 15 are inserted into through-holes 22, and the chassis 10 is mechanically connected to the board 20 with fixing projections 16. Then, the board 20 fitted with the chassis 10 is subjected to a dip soldering process, whereby the board connecting terminals 15 are soldered at the same time with electronic parts mounted on the board 20, and the chassis 10 and the board 20 are electrically connected together.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of beacon position detection by comparing the phases of an AM demodulation signal and a 1kHz clock generated inside, detecting a phase inversion position and deciding that a vehicle is just under a beacon on a road. CONSTITUTION:The output of an AGC voltage generating part 2 is inputted to an AGC amplification part control signal generating part 19 and the output is inputted through an A/D conversion part 3 to a reception control part 6. The reception control part 6 decides whether or not transmitted signals from the beacon on the road are displayed at a display part 7 with the A/D converted AGC voltage as a reference. Further, the reception control part 6 detects the phase inversion of a position detection signal by comparing the phases of the AM demodulation signal from a wave form reshaping part 5 and the 1kHz clock generated inside. At this time, when the phase inversion is detected consecutively for N periods, it is decided that the vehicle is just under the beacon. Thus, the reliability of the beacon position detection can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the quality of transmission data from deteriorating due to multi-pass fading by providing a shield plate to suppress a ground-reflected wave in the periphery of a simplex radiant element resonant with a communication frequency, and adjusting radiant directivity. CONSTITUTION:This antenna is comprised of the radiant element 1, a feeder part 2, a ground plate 3, the shield plate 4, a short-circuited plate 5, a case 6, and a feed cable 7. The shield plate 4 is a conductor plate which shields a reflected wave from the ground, and is connected to the periphery of the ground plate 3. The wavelength of a quasi-microwave is short compared with that of a VHF wave or a UHF wave, therefore, it is provided with high rectilinear propagation property, and since the antenna height of an on-vehicle antenna is low, it receives the high influence of the reflected wave from the ground, i.e., a road. Therefore, the influence of the ground-reflected wave is reduced by providing the shield plate 4 and directing the radiant directivity of the on- vehicle antenna upward. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the influence of the multi-pass fading due to the ground-reflected wave, and to stably secure transmission quality with simple structure.
