摘要： An environment-friendly driver of series hybrid system rolling stock in which an idle stop control system for appropriately judging such a situation that an engine can be stopped and ensuring stabilized power running performance while taking account of response of engine power generation is achieved, and fuel consumption and engine noise can be reduced. A system general control section in the driver of rolling stock judges whether generation power of an engine is required or not based on the rotational speed of a generator, the rotational speed of a motor, and an internal state signal obtained from a power storage unit, and controls a power generation state by an operation command to the engine and an operation command to a converter. When generation power of the engine is not required, the system general control section judges whether the engine can be stopped or not and can deliver a command for stopping the engine by an operation command to the engine.

In the hybrid rolling stock, an engine (1) can be started without providing a special device by using a power converter (4) and an induction generator (2) normally used as a DC power supply as an inverter and an induction motor. An engine start judging section (93) for judging whether the engine can be started or not from the voltage of a secondary battery (6) and the number of revolutions of the engine (1) is provided, and the engine is started even if a secondary battery information monitoring section (10) detects an abnormality in the secondary battery (6) so long as the secondary battery voltage detected at a voltage detecting section (7) falls within a predetermined range.

The automatic ticket issuing device 1 is provided with a money receiving/paying part 9 and a ticket issuing part 8, and it issues the ticket of the reserved train based on the judged train section. The automatic ticket examination machine is provided with a position detection part, a ticket examination gate and a ticket examination result display part in addition to the constitution of the train section judgement device, and it automatically examines the ticket based on the judged train section.
