    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemiluminescence measuring device capable of performing quick supply of a reagent material into minute reaction vessels, and performing adjacent reaction analysis, or the like.
      SOLUTION: This chemiluminescence measuring device comprises a plate, on which a plurality of reaction vessels are provided; a transparent substrate facing the plate, for forming a channel between itself and the plate; an injection part for injecting selectively a reaction substrate and a cleaning liquid into the channel; an imaging system for imaging through the transparent substrate, luminescence, caused by a chemical reaction between a reaction material held in the plurality of reaction vessels, provided on the plate and the reaction substrate supplied through the channel; and a channel control means for changing the conductance of the channel or the channel sectional shape. High-accuracy DNA analyses which use a step reaction can be realized in gene arrangement analysis, by deforming the shape of the channel in a flow cell 101 which includes the plate 201, on which the fine reaction vessels 103 are provided between a material supply time and a luminescent reaction time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a throughput by increasing the number of micro reaction tanks. SOLUTION: The chemiluminescence detection device includes many reaction tanks, having plates that are arranged one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally. In detecting light, a line or an area sensor having many detection pixels is used. An interval of light detection pixels approximately corresponds to an interval of the reaction tanks on the plate. The micro reaction tanks and pixels correspond, one by one on the plate so that light from the reaction tank is incident to the detection pixel most efficiently, so as not to disperse to other pixels. In order to make the micro reaction tanks and pixels of an imaging element arranged on the plate correspond one to one, a luminous body, reflector, or light absorber is placed on the plate as a positioning mark.
