摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, capable of controlling all the other equipment from one of connected equipment, when plural pieces of AV equipment, PC and peripheral devices of PC are connected. SOLUTION: A self-informing memory 313 stores the data of the machine type name of present equipment and function data for the connected equipment to operate the present equipment. When a function data request is received from the other equipment, the data stored in the self-information memory 313 are transmitted. When function instruction data are received, that instruction is executed. Since each of all connected equipment has the self-informing memory 313, a connected equipment memory 308 and a communicating pair memory 309, the other equipment can be operated from any one of the equipment.
