摘要： PURPOSE:To intend the safety of the operation of a reactor, by means of setting a priority circuit of a low value which limits the changing width of a coolant flow quantity automatically at the controller of the coolant flow quantity. CONSTITUTION:A priority circuit 41 of a low value is set up at the front step of a PID control operator 23 inputting by the deviation controller 6 and a measuring signal from a recycling flow quantity measuring system 5. A measuring signal of a neutren flux measuring system 3 which is dependent on the output of a reactor, enters into a function generator 42, and the allowable change rate of the coolant 41 by means of entering into a function generator 43, and of being calculated by the allowable change rate of the corresponding flow quantity. This circuit compares this imput signal and a flow quantity increasing requiring signal (the deviated value of a requiring signal of the coolant flow quantity set by the mannual set dial 21 and a measuring signal of a recycling flow quantity measuring system 5), and the lower signal is outputted.
