    • PURPOSE:To solve the situation of power shortage of a controller for bearing controlling by providing a rotary machine equipped with wings mounted on a rotor, magnetic radial bearing and magnetic thrust bearing pivotally supporting the rotor with a mechanical dynamic damper at the rotary section of the above mentioned rotor. CONSTITUTION:A titled rotary machine is provided with the moving wing 2 equipped to a hanging mirror rotor 1, the stationary wing 4 equipped to the internal surface of a casing 3, and a motor 6 to drive a rotary shaft 5 and is supported by a radial bearings 9a and 9b and thrusts bearings 10a to 10c. A disk 14 is in contact with a end plate 13 and fixed to it by a bolt 15. When the end plate 13 is vibrated, the contact surfaces of the end plate 13 and disk 14 perform different motion from each other because of the difference between their characteristic frequencies. For this reason, a structural damping effect is brought about resulting in the lowering of the vibration of the end plate 13. This leads to the lowering of the response magnification in passing the dangerous speed of the resonance of the wing and the resonance and bending of the end plate resulting in the solution of the situation of power shortage, and as a result, a rotary body stable up to high speed can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To bring a vibration characteristic at time of being rotated by a protective bearing close to a state at usual time as well as to make a rotor speed down safely by supporting this protective bearing rotating in contact with the rotor at the time of electromagnetic force losing, elastically so as to relax it in the load direction, in a bearing unit which supports the rotor with a magnetic bearing. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 3 in a bearing housing 1 is supported by an electromagnetic bearing 2, and there is provided with a protective bearing 4 for maintaining rotation of this rotor 3 in case of power running down, and usually it is pulled by electromagnet 6 and elastically supported by springs 5 (5a-5d). When power has run down, electromagnetic force of the bearing 4 is lost and simultaneously attraction of the electromagnet 6 is lost as well, whereby the rotor 3 comes into contact with the protective bearing 4, and it maintains its rotation. The protective bearing 4 is being elastically supportied by the springs 5, and a spring constant is preset to be almost equal to the spring constant of the electromagnetic bearing 2 whereby a vibration characteristic at time of being rotated by the protective bearing becomes equal to that at usual time, so that there is no vibration in the rotor 3, thus the degree of safety is improvable.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the service life and reliability as well as to make non- pollution achievable by attaching each magnet to the underside and the flank of a conveying body provided with a sail with such a surface as producing a temperature difference when it is illuminated, and supporting them on a track consisting of a superconductive material subject to magnetic repulsion. CONSTITUTION:A light receiving sail 2 is set up in a conveying body 1 with a glass window made into a vacuum. Then, each magnet 4 is set up on the underside and flank of this conveying body 1 and supported on a track 5 consisting of a superconductive material subject to magnetic repulsion against the magnet 4. In this constitution, if light is applied to a black surface of the sail 2, a thrust is produced from the black side to the while side because of light pressure, so that this conveying body 1 is propelled. At this time since the conveying body 1 is floated repulsion lying between the magnet 4 and the track 5, it is moved in a noncontact state. With this constitution, since it does not include any rotational part besides noncontact, lubricating oil becomes unserviceable so that any drop in its service life is prevented from occurring.

    • PURPOSE:To enable continuous operation for a long period by composing a magnetic thrust bearing of plural coils and a circular housing having the same number of coil slots as the coils for the coils to be inserted providing a protrusion at a forward end of each coil slot, and inserting plural plates in the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:Protrusions are provided in a housing 3 at forward ends of coil slots, a width (a) of a protruding part is set wider than a width (b) of a coil slot part, and a cut is provided at one position of a circumference of the protruding part. A coil 4 is wound at the coil slot part, a plate 5 is inserted from the cut part, and these are installed at several positions in the circumference while moving along the circumference. After assembling the coils 4 and the plates 5 in the housing 3, a varnish process is applied, insulation property of the housing 3, coils 4, and plates 5 is improved, and the coils 4 and the plates 5 are restrained to the housing 3. A magnetic bearing can thus be operated continuously for a long period, and removal of the coils 4 from the housing 3, when it is caused by reduction of restraining force between the coils 4 by secular deterioration, can be prevented by effect of the plates 5.
