If the quality of thermal expansion of the blocks 150, 160 becomes smaller, a degree of restriction of the blocks 150, 160 by short-circuit rings 220, 230 becomes small when the conductive material is hardened and the short circuit rings 220, 230 are formed and therefore the cracking of the short circuit rings 220, 230 can be suppressed.
